Maria Reyes and her team are incredible. I had a review from 9 years ago and felt the need to…read moreupdate it. She genuinely cares about her patients and is patient and understanding. Both she and Dr Goldfarb used to work in the same women's practice as Janet Cudahy. When Janet retired, the two of them moved over to work at rush. Both are incredible internist doctors and wonderful humans.

SUMMARY: If you're looking for a Primary Care Physician in Chicago, you really can't do better than…read moreDr. Reyes. TLDR: Yelp says that 5 stars means, "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" and in this case, I could not agree more. The office itself is great. The staff are nice and seem pretty organized, and I book my appointments online without issue. I am also usually able to get a spot within a reasonable period of time (not 6-8 weeks out like so many Chicago doctors). However, the real reason for the 5th star is Dr. Reyes. Dr. Reyes has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever seen. She actually takes the time to listen to your symptoms, concerns, and history. Dr. Reyes also seems to genuinely care about my health and well-being as much as I do, acting sympathetic toward even seemingly minor complaints. Miraculously, she is able to give this much attention to her patients and STILL her office runs on time. I don't know how she does it--I've never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. I first saw Dr. Reyes in January 2014 when she was with the Advocate group. I was disappointed when I called later for another appointment and they told me she was no longer there. The staff had no information on where she was practicing or how to contact. I was forced to try other PCPs, and it was only when I needed a check-up in 2017 that I finally found Dr. Reyes again. I was thrilled and relieved (and clearly, my positive memories of her held up). If there were ever a doctor worth tracking down, it's Maria Reyes!

They also really understood the idiosyncrasies with last minute scheduling when it comes to fertility stuff, which was a huge relief. In the time between my transfer and HCG test, I got great advice from the acupuncturists I saw and my first transfer was a success! I am 14 weeks now and I am still wearing socks daily to keep my womb warm. :)

I would like to provide some feedback on my first visit with Jennifer…read more I was with you for under an hour and for the first visit my expectation was to be there for 75 minutes to receive the treatment you have listed on your website. I did not receive an abdominal diagnosis or a personalized treatment plan and a strategy that addresses diet, lifestyle, and chinese medicine recommendations. I felt really rushed and I've never had an acupuncture session where the practitioner sat in the room with me after the needles were in to talk to me. I also felt like the practitioner rushed the needles on me, they all were painful going in and that isn't my experience with others. For $205 I expected more care and attention and it almost feels like the business is only in this for the money and are taking advantage of women like me who are really looking for help. I also don't understand why follow-up acupuncture treatments in the 5 session package are $125 per session for 30 mins and then an additional fee for Celluma as an add-on; here is where I feel like the business is overcharging and taking advantage. Needless to say, I will not be returning as I don't feel I was serviced to what your website states. Thank you for seeing me for the 40 mins I was in office. Website listing: Initial visits are 75 mins and include: Complete review of medical health history and chief complaint Pulse and abdominal diagnosis Personalized treatment plan and a strategy that addresses diet, lifestyle, and Chinese medicine recommendations Includes 30 minutes of acupuncture
