This is perhaps the most pathetic excuse for "care" and "treatment" I have possibly ever received…read more--the "doctor" farooq m shaikh is completely absent from the practice (you will never actually meet him), with a mind-numbingly incompetent front office staff. It took calling 11 times, and asking them in person 4 times, for them to finally send a wound clinic referral to the correct location. Their ARPN Jeremy Loja is an absolute disgrace to the nursing practice and how terrible he is at his job, while still having gainful employment, makes me jealous--I could only dream of being so horrific at what I do and still holding down a job; when asked for a clinically-effective dose for antibiotics (he prescribed a pediatric dose for an adult over 200 LBs) he refused--even when presented with overwhelming evidence from multiple research journals. To be clear, we are talking about antibiotics here, not pain killers or hormone therapy. I cannot express more strongly how pathetic, and mentally deficient their entire staff and practice is. Giving them even 1 star is, frankly, 1 star too many.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Farooq Shaikh while I was admitted in Summerlin Hospital. His…read moreapproach to medicine involves high fives at positive milestones; which is seriously the best medicine I've ever received LOLs. The office visits for aftercare are managed by his APRN Jennifer Spinato. She's an extremely intelligent, caring, and thorough health care professional. Infectious diseases are no joke and you want the best team taking care of you on your path to recovery. This place is definitely where you should go.

Amazing! Says it all. Saved my life, literally. Two and a half years ago, I was not expected to…read moresurvive due to multiple organ system failure and was noted in my ER summary as "High risk for clinical mortality." With a lab result noting my White Blood Cell CD4 helper cells as 2. Not 20, not 200, and not an erroneous result of false interprerations by the bench analyzer, but 2 T-cells. Mother told the only thing she could do was make plans for my final arrangements by the attending "Physician." Suffering from Congestive Heart Failure with a reduced Ejection Fraction of less then 15%, Chronic Kidney Disease(Stage 3 kidney failure, my thyroid, gallbladder bladder, and liver were almost out of the picture. Fluid overloaded with a whopping 29 pounds of fluid retention and swelling due to this throughout my body. Ascites(fluid build-up surrounding the liver) also was noted. Bilateral pnuemocystosis(bacterial) pnuemonia, and Pnuemocystosis Jerovichi Pnuemoniae(fungal) pnuemonia, labeled a "Public Health Risk" by CDC and placed in complete and total isolation with highest contact isolation controlled environment, and Kaposi Sarcoma recently discovered in the tissues of both my lower legs and a grim prognosis like an AMAZING "Angel sent from Heaven" this Doctor(written with much respect) swooped in, took over my care, placed his forehead against mine and softly stated "You'll survive this if you do exactly what I tell you to do." And I made him a promise that I would. He smiled, pulled back just slightly, placed his thumb against my forehead between my eyes. Still looking into them and said "Yes, I know you will." Told me to call his office immediately when I am discharged and we'll continue my recovery from there. His level of confidence and calming bedside manor put me at ease for the first time since my ordeal began. Every other doctor who seen me had the same grim look in their eyes but not Dr. Amazing. He had the look if a man who had already beaten my health challenges. As he walked out of my room, I overheard him say to his student, "I have a worry about this one!" Then my mother asked him, "Please save him, keep him alive doctor, he's all I have left." Dr. Amazing tells my mom, "I already have, he's alive!" That was two and a half years ago when the rest of the medical community "knew" I had but only days left. There are not enough "stars" I can give a doctor to show how great of a physician he actually is!!

The environment did not feel suitable for a professional office setting, and I would not choose to…read morereturn. The building and surrounding grounds were not well maintained, with a noticeable amount of trash in and around the exterior areas. The overall cleanliness and upkeep felt neglected, which made the space feel unprofessional and unwelcoming. There was also a significant homeless presence around the entrances and nearby walkways, which added to the discomfort when entering and exiting the building. Inside the building, I also observed multiple individuals with dogs that did not appear to have any visible service animal identification. Combined with the general condition of the property, it contributed to a chaotic and poorly managed impression
