Brian has been an amazing person to work with, so we have used him for mortgage now multiple times. It all started where he helped us on our first home loan, including helping us find some First Time Homebuyer programs, and then keeping in touch with us after to do a streamline refi to save us some more money. A few years later, he then helped us through a different refi, always there to answer our questions on any little thing. Now, recently we've used him again after selling our first home to get our next home, where again, he was super awesome to work with, always there to answer every random thing we could think of, guiding us on what price we should stay at to keep our payment where we wanted it, and helping make sure we got the best rate we could. He was always keeping us up to date on where we were in the process, and it was a smooth process everytime, as he knows his business for sure! He keeps things stress free for us for sure. Anytime you need anything to do with a mortgage, Brian is one of the best you could get, we could not be happier! Anytime I see anyone asking about a loan guy, I let them know that if they want the best they should reach out to our guy Brian for sure. read more

I have known Brian Lebar for many years. He is a man of integrity and has a passion for helping people. He did a refi on my personal residence and assisted me with a 2nd home mortgage. He did both with ease and I would not hesitate to recommend Brian, he knows how to get the job done! read more

Brian makes home loans effortless for his clients. After having him obtain my initial home purchase FHA loan, coming back to him when the time to refinance came was a no brainer. He's very efficient, honest and upfront - character traits one would not expect in a mortgage broker. If you're tired of dealing with used car saleseman types in the real-estate lending industry, give Brian a call, he will not disappoint! read more

Contacted Brian regarding a home equity loan. He responded immediately and discussed my options. Was not pushy or trying to push a product like many of the other banks and mortgage company representatives. I provided details of what other banks had already provided me in terms of rates and Brian was upfront with me stating that I received a great offer from my current mortgage provider and it made more sense than his products. Appreciate the honesty and being a straight forward professional! Will be reaching out to Brian next time! read more

Brian closed a difficult and underwater refinance VERY quickly saving us a huge amount of money. I think we may have been the first HARP 2 loan financed in the country. Most banks had not yet been able to even accept an application yet he got it done for us. Also, throughout the process he kept us informed, gave us advice and guidance on interest rates and loan options. We are now using him for a purchase of our next home and he has been steadfast and responsive in guiding us through the process. I trust his advice and when he says he will do something I know it will get done. THANKS! read more

We worked with Brian recently on a refi for our home, and we were very pleased with the results. Not only was Brian able to get us a significantly better rate than any other lender we spoke with, but he was very attentive to our needs, quick to respond to phone calls and emails, and professional from start to finish. I'd highly recommend his services! read more

Worked with Brian recently to purchase an investment property in Tri-valley. He's very professional, knowledgeable and more importantly, very responsive to any questions I throw at him...even taught me how to read a rate sheet. Of course, we care about result and happy with the rate we are getting and on-time closing of a short-sale transaction. I'd highly recommend Brian if you are looking for service from a mortgage broker. read more

I spoke to a few other mortgage brokers before I was directed to Brian. What a breath of fresh air . I am a busy working professional and needed someone that could take care of everything, but explain it to me in terms I could understand. I'm so glad that I found Brian - he made the stressful ordeal of buying a home easier than I could have imagined. He was available when I needed him, or when I had questions (and did I ever have questions!) and was always prompt and efficient in getting back to me. I hope to do business with him in the future. read more

This review is long overdue! I worked with Brian and his team for about 6 months from beginning to end of my loan for my first home. The beginning consisted of getting my finances in order by the time we actually were ready to place bids on homes. Brian checked in quite consistently even though I lived out of state for a period of time. By the time we starting bidding I felt confident that his team was behind me 100% and had my best interested in mind. Fast forward to December and we finally closed on our first home and couldn't be happier with the experience we received from Vintage mortgage group and especially Brian and his team! Timelines they gave us were spot on and I was informed the entire time of any changes or potential hiccups. Thank you Brian for making the road to buying a house that much smoother and less scary. I will recommend your services to my family and friends! read more

Brian just did my purchasing financing in Tracy, CA. He was on top of things, quoted me good rates, and delivered what he promised. At the last minute, the escrow agent (not recommended by Brian or my realtor) went on vacation the day of the signing without notice, and Brian was the one who tracked down someone else to cover for her so that we can sign the closing docs without delay. I completely recommend Brian, he's awesome! read more

My husband and I had been saving for our first house for a while but we weren't really sure where to start or even if we were yet in a position to buy a house. A friend recommended Brian at Vintage Mortgage Group and we are so glad they did. Even though it was a long drive from where we lived, we went and met with him and he took lots of time answering all our questions and crunching numbers and helping us to understand that we, in fact, could afford a house. From that point, Brian walked us through the entire process and made it so easy to understand. He told us exactly what we needed, warned us about pitfalls to avoid (such as applying for new credit when you're trying to get a mortgage) and checked in on us regularly while we went through the home search process. He was very easy to reach via email and phone at just about any time of day and very responsive to all of my questions. He was awesome to work with and made us feel like he really wanted to help us be successful in getting our new house and not at all like he was trying to make money off of us or something. When we finally found a house and got an offer accepted, Brian continued to be very attentive, walking us through the entire process and making sure we knew exactly what we needed to do and what we needed to avoid. Even after we closed on the house, Brian checked in on us and made sure we knew he was still willing to answer questions or help out if he could. Before we started this process, I felt like I knew exactly zero about home-buying and mortgage application but now I feel like I'm a seasoned veteran. LOL If we ever decide to get another mortgage, (I hope not, because this real estate market sucks for buyers!) we would definitely go back to Vintage Mortgage Group. They are awesome and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and especially any first-time buyers who feel like they have no idea what they are doing. read more

Brian, by far was the most helpful loan broker I have even dealt with. He helped me and my wife through the process (which seemed to change everyday, due to new rules) He was always able to answer a question and worked well with both the escrow company (which was the biggest issue) and my Realtor. Brain was able to make a very difficult challenging real estate market into a breeze. We will always recommend and use Brain for any future mortgage needs. read more

Brian is awesome! He did for me what 3 other lenders said was impossible. Took me from a rip off of a loan to one with much better terms and more than %3 less interest. He and his team are super responsive to both phone calls and texts and this kept my mind at ease throughout the process. I have referred him for 3 other refinances since and all were super happy with him. He is my go to guy! read more
