The worst experience possible. Where do I even start. I…read moreguess plain and simple, Ana doesn't know much about home loans. First Ana was giving us incredibly inaccurate expectations of loans we could use. She didn't know that loans were different based on a stick built home vs a manufactured home. This is huge change of interest rate from what she has originally quoted us. Next as rates were climbing rapidly, after several percent increases, Ana asked us if we would like to lock in the interest rate. Where is the common sense and common decency? Integrity? She clearly doesn't care about her customers. We found the home. Made the offer. Got accepted. In contact. Our interest rate we locked in at was feeling good but tight. A week before closing Ana realized a huge detail SHE overlooked. We didn't actually qualify for the loan she had us ready to sign. This was after several docusigns had been signed and thousands off dollars had gone into contract. Now we either lose our down payment or are forced into a loan with a higher interest rate by a whole percent more! Ana doesn't know simple math. She tried telling us several times that this monumental mistake she made would only cause a $30 change over the life of the loan it's over $210 per month price difference. I spoke with John the manager and he was nice enough but no help. It's insane to me that a company like this even exists. How can they put their customers in the position of losing so much by mistakes made by their employees and have zero accountability? Save yourself a ton of time, money and headache and go elsewhere.

Bad communication, seemed as if every corner they were trying to force hidden charges to the buyer. BAD experience, lack of communication within their team and the seller...felt like they were only trying to make a buck at our expense (elderly on fixed income) Even the inspectors, repair cos. involved were frustrated with them. So glad we are done with them.

I must say though, I was very pleased with how professional, yet personable, he was. He took the time to answer any questions we had and did a pretty good job of staying in contact with us throughout the process. A year later we refinanced our home through him as well and he once again Alex did a great job explaining the choices we had and what the resulting outcome would mean. I am completely satisfied with my loan and with Alex's service. Recently I referred some friends to Alex for their first home purchase ever and they too say that they had a very good experience with him. She was able to answer my questions in terms that I would understand. From the start she knew our concerns and worked around it such as hard and soft credit checks. She was amazing to have on our side because once we started putting in offers, she was able to accomodate any timeline our realtor put to have a competitive edge. Besides her website providing notifications and reminders, she personally texted to remind us what documents were pending. She was able to get us a good interest rate and really broke down the differences in how much we put down and how that would affect the interest rates. She even broke down future recasts and how that would lower our montly payments. I'm glad to say she'll be my broker for life or until she retires. Can't wait for her call to say lets refinance when the interest rates lower.

I was introduced to Pamela who treated me kindly, like friends upon our first time meeting. As time progressed and I began getting closer and closer to selling my family home and purchasing a new home I trusted that Pamela had my back and would help me make this a smooth transition. That was the furthest thing she did for my family and I. Weeks into our process she completely ghosted myself and my family during escrow. My situation wasn't the easiest escrow process but I was promised all along that everything was fine and we were moving forward. So I thought. The day before I was to close escrow on my family home of 28 years I was told I was not moving forward with not one call back or word from Pam about how I was going to purchase a home or find another alternative. I was now homeless with my daughter and her entire family because we trusted Pam. I have not heard from Pam since the day I became homeless. The day we were notified Pam was no longer able to help us, another lender was able to open and close our escrow with a better interest rate in just 9 days.
