I was told the truck I hit had 5000.00 worth of damages.I asked to speak to the adjuster and she told me rivets needed replacing and it was a lot of work. Okay fine, they can't control the underwriter BUT I was never notified that they cancelled my current policy and did not have coverage for me. The only reason I found out is from a collections note for $202.71. I never recieed notification of no coverage so my home was UNINSURED. I have sent numerous emails with ZERO response to my email or my cell phone. Their office hours are the same as my work hours, everytime I call the office (4times now) I get the call center.
