When you get to your appointment, make sure to manually tell the front desk people that you are there for your appointment. There is no sign in sheet and there are no instructions posted anywhere up front which would alert you to their procedures for check in. I certainly urge them to at least put up a sign that says something like, "Please check in with the front desk upon arrival." That would eliminate a lot of confusion. Overall, they are professional and friendly and are a good choice for pulmonary care if you need it. Check them out!

I have very little pain, and the affects of the general anesthesia are subsiding. Dr. Politz spends time with his patient before the surgery, explaining everything and answering questions. He just called me tonight to make sure I was doing ok. How many surgeons give a patient their cell number? His bedside manner is superb, and his skill and experience is evidenced by his having performed over 10,000 thyroid and parathyroid surgeries. A whole week goes by and only when I take the initiative to call do I find out they have no intention of seeing me? PITIFUL The endocrinologist's office says "No insurance, no service". No exceptions. Are you sick? Do you need immediate care? Not their problem. Drop dead. Luckily, I found a doctor who will accept CASH and have an appointment on the 13th. IN MY OPINION, this group cares more about getting insurance rates than cash. If you are sick, I would look elsewhere.
