There is no sign in sheet and there are no instructions posted anywhere up front which would alert you to their procedures for check in. I certainly urge them to at least put up a sign that says something like, "Please check in with the front desk upon arrival." That would eliminate a lot of confusion. Overall, they are professional and friendly and are a good choice for pulmonary care if you need it. Check them out!

Update 1.5 years out: since the procedure. I rechecked my labs a few times. My calcium was fine…read moreeach time, but my pth was slightly low. I was instructed to continue to take calcium for that low lab. I also continued vitamin d since it was trending up but still low. I was worried that I was going to have to take calcium for the rest of my life. But thankfully, my recently pth levels are normal. My vitamin d is finally in the normal range too. It isn't in the optimal normal range but it will get there. I just wanted to share that incase someone freaks out about pth being low after the procedure. So hopefully my labs will stabilize and continue to stay normal. Will update if anything changes. The scar is barely visible too. The incision was made at my natural fold. It healed nicely.
