Then I was told about Rhonda and I called Rhonda and spoke with her and she told me to fill out the application but I didn't because I didn't want another hit on my credit. I was just ready to say forget it I will stay in the house I have but I was looking to downsize so I called Rhonda again and asked her did she really think she could help me and she said yes fill out the application and I'm so grateful that I did. I filled out the app on a Thursday night and on Friday morning Rhonda called and was giving me all the details and what information I needed to send and she told me she was going to try and close me by the end of the month.
