From the first interaction, the staff was professional, compassionate, and genuinely attentive. The clinicians take the time to truly listen and create a treatment approach that feels personalized rather than rushed or generic. The environment is calm, welcoming, and well-organized, which makes a big difference when seeking mental health support. They felt respected, supported, and confident in the care they received throughout the process. A few were Veterans and needed help with Trauma and PTSD related issues. Their outcomes were fantastic. I highly recommend Pacific Mind Health to anyone looking for high-quality, ethical, and compassionate mental health care.

As a person who is advocating for the mental health of someone I care about, I am appalled by the…read moree-mail they received. I've never seen a facility corner a patient into paying for services without initiating pharmaceuticals. It is honestly extremely unethical, what is the point of having counseling/therapy availability if you are co-erced to take medication anyways. This is all useful information that should've been prompted on psychology today when looking up a therapist to save the patient time. Not every patient needs medication and pharmaceuticals and to restrict access to care to benefit your own monetary needs are disappointing.
