After asking around, I was referred to Dr. Leong. I wish I had known about him sooner. He and his staff are kind, patient, non-judgmental and always happy to see you. I am not a person who is afraid of the dentist but I know that some people are. They are very gentle and will tell you as things are happening. I have tori mandibularis (bones growing under the tongue and the top of my mouth), which makes x-rays painful. They were such pros in doing the x-rays with the bitewings that there was no discomfort or pain. They accept most insurance and copayments are minimal. It is easy to schedule, cancel or reschedule or appointments. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

He did prescribe the antibiotics to eliminate my infection before my first actual dental care visit. His staff are very friendly and cooperative, going out of their way to assist me with an insurance set back. All of the front office staff, dental assistants and hygienists are warm and friendly. Doctor is very clear, asks if you have questions/concerns. I've always felt comfortable and welcome by everyone. A few tips though-- be punctual as they are strict with that. Getting on the schedule can be tough at first, it will likely take more than 6 months. But once you are seen initially, you can generally schedule cleanings every 6 months.

The only problem with this practice is that they seem to have multiple patients at the same time for the same dentist, so the dentists are running back and forth while the assistants do most of the work. Also, no privacy-there are only waist high barriers separating patients. But easy to get an appointment, don't have to wait long and Dr. Jill is great.

I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned as well as my four year old daughters. The day of…read morethe appointment they told me I was only going to have an oral exam and that I would need to come back another day for the cleaning. After the oral exam the dentist began to tell me about the importance of flossing and to help illustrate the point he pulled out yellowed dry erase boards with dental pictures and diagrams. These dry erase boards were from 1978, no lie!!! When my four year old had her x-rays taken they only took images of her front teeth and not her molars. She moved during the x-ray and the hygienist said, "She moved, but I'm not going to retake them." That day, my daughter actually got the teeth cleaned, if you call a polishing a cleaning. I asked if they were going to actually clean her teeth and they looked at me funny and said "we did". When I think of a cleaning, I expect tarter and plaque removal, flossing in addition to polishing, fluoride rinse and x-rays of the full mouth. I was very disappointed and underwhelmed with this dentist. Do not recommend to anyone.
