Then she said it was just for a trim and highlights. Whatever. But she was new I think and cut my hair in some crazy style that I told her please not to do. Finally I was going to pay and she said she wouldn't take my debit card because she wouldn't get her tip that day and made me walk to the bank across the street to get money out. (They did have the ability to use my card, she just didn't want to because of the tip). Oh plus she charged me $40 extra. I got my groupon refunded. This was the first time I've ever cried over a bad haircut. Don't go here, ever. No wonder the place was empty.

I love that I can give her a little inspiration and she takes it from there to give me better than I expected. Trusting your stylist is important and every time I trust her to give me the best! She should be called the queen of layers because I always love the layers she gives so I can keep my long hair but still feel lighter and fresh with the cut. The back of my hair right at the base of the neck was an inch and a half long the entire back of the head was layered so short, I could not get it into a ponytail. The right side is longer than the left side. The layers are all very different. I had panic attacks every time I touched it or looked in a mirror and washed it as it made me so sick to my stomach that someone could do such a terrible job cutting hair and calling oneself a professional. No professional would do a this bad. I called and complained spoke to an employee who said the owner was not in and she would pass the message along. The owner when I finally did get in touch with him did not care one bit of how bad of a job my hair turned out. And the worst part about it I explained to her prior to her, even starting my hair that my biggest fear was getting my haircut and considering how bad of a job she did it looked nothing like the picture, and it was so uneven and looked so bad. Several months have gone by and I still can't get all of my hair into one ponytail. My request was that my hair be passed my shoulders so we could go into a ponytail. I didn't get close to that and I still can't get it into a ponytail. I do not recommend this place at all the owner and his wife are not very reliable or responsible. She was so not worth the big tip my sister-in-law gave.
