Our reservations were at 9pm, however they close at 10 (I didn't make the reservations. I would've never made reservations an hr. before close). When I tell y'all we still got great service at this late time, I was in disbelief! Our waitress, Andrea, was EXCELLENT!! She was so patient and she never let on that she was irritated by us being there so late! Also, the owner, Federico, came over and gave us a rundown on the specials and a little backstory on the restaurant, which was a nice added touch, considering the time. The food was absolutely great! I had the Pear Burrata salad. It was so tasty, but needed a little bit more dressing..but still great! I also tasted hubs shrimp scampi! DELISH!! Unlike any shrimp scampi I've ever had! He also ordered the oxtail flat bread..wait what?!! Y'all it was soo GOOD!! I had never heard of anything like this before! Please try it out if you like oxtails! Oh, I almost forgot to mention the decor of the restaurant. It's dimly lit and gives a very "romantic, intimate" vibe! Also, their health score is a 91!! Yaay!! Highly recommended!

Service: The service was just okay at best. Out of three orders, two were incorrect (both with wrong pasta that we ordered), and I had to remind the server about my cocktails when the entrées were already served. We were also celebrating a little girl's birthday, which made the experience even more disappointing. After two desserts were already brought out, I had to ask the host to bring a candle as I didn't see my server. Eventually a plate with "Happy Birthday" written on it came out, and we were told the server was "working on it," but it felt like an afterthought. The server didn't come out herself or even acknowledge the birthday, which was a letdown for a special moment. Ambience: This place is just too loud to even have a normal conversation. It's not the music that's the issue -- it's the space. The restaurant feels very small and overcrowded, with tables packed too closely together. With that many people in such a tight space, the noise level becomes overwhelming. Because of that, I definitely wouldn't recommend this place for date nights or any occasion where you actually want to talk and enjoy the moment. Food: Overall, the service felt inattentive and the food didn't stand out enough to make up for it. With so many great Italian restaurants out there, this one just didn't leave a reason for us to return.

There are some cool ethnic places - sort of a spillover from Chinatown - and some cool local places as well. I like the suburb and it seems like a very friendly if slightly expensive place to live. I'm sure that within another 20 years there will be 7 or 8 suburbs even further out than these. There's a large Asian population here, and nearly 100,000 people if you include all the illegals in the spare rooms. That's a joke by the way. And I used to live in a spare room meant for illegals so settle down.

Kinda upset that Yelp is calling is John's Creek instead of Johns Creek (yes - people in JC do get…read moreoffended), but it's all good. I lived in JC from 2006 ~ 2015; a whopping nine years of my life and pretty much all of my teenage years. It was a brand new city when I moved here, and I honestly want to give this place 5 stars, but I simply can't for a few reasons. If you're living here as a teenager with parents and going to school, it's a great pace to live -- it's a safe and pretty high-class area, with great schools and little to no crime. Once you're in your twenties, you'll start to notice the downfalls here -- pretty much no night life, horrendous traffic and it's really the farthest place you can be from any highway. You have to drive either to Duluth, Alpharetta or Cumming to get to the nearest exit which is pretty sad, but that's why it has its own charms. Johns Creek is one of the safest cities and honestly one of the best cities you can live in Georgia. It has great school districts, plenty of diversity, great eateries and the people living here are really great! Lots of cultures in one melted pot, and any family will want to move here because of the terrific school districts. In terms of recreation, there really isn't much to do - there is a Lifetime Fitness, LA Fitness but no bowling allies -- there are a few parks (Shakerag Park), but nothing is like really great. In terms of schools, I went to Wilson Creek Elementary, River Trail Middle & Northview High. There are also Shakerag Elementary, Medlock Bridge Elementary, Findley Oaks Elementary, Johns Creek High School, but it's really just a district for higher middle-class families to live. Homes are expensive here for a reason -- there is a high percentage of Asians living here for education. With that being said, there is a Hmart and some Korean & Chinese restaurants in the area as well - the Korean community has been growing more than ever. I will say the only thing disappointing is you can't see anything much opening past 10pm. Again -- there is no night life here - you will have to drive to Duluth or Alpharetta to experience that. But my nine years in JC have been absolutely phenomenal, and again I was really tempted to give it that 5, but I can't because imagining myself living here as a 25 year old -- I'm not sure how I would feel about that.

We ordered the calamari and bruschetta for appetizers and we were asked if we wanted the free garlic knots (BIG MISTAKE) The calamari were good especially because my husband and son prefer the rings and the whole plate were rings. My mother had never had them before (we didn't tell her what they were) and she also thoroughly enjoyed them. The bruschetta was ok; it was very different than I'm used to because it had tiny mozzarella balls in it, which were nice, but seriously lacked garlic and the tomatoes were blah. The thing I like about the most were the slices of bread around the bruschetta because they were soft and crunchy in all the right places. Those garlic knots on the other hand are trouble ...the dough was so fresh and had so much flavor, I ate 2 of them and couldn't really eat my entree, but they were incredibly worth every bite! For our entrees I ordered penne alla vodka (I wish the made it with rigatoni. I thought it was ok. It seems too thick and not as good as I've had elsewhere, but maybe I was too full already because my husband thought it was very good. My husband had eggplant Parmesan which was a very nice portion and cooked perfectly. My mother had a cheese calzone which was probably the biggest and nicest cook on one I've ever seen and she really enjoyed it. My son had sausage and peppers and he really like it even though he doesn't generally like red sauce, but the sauce that came with garlic knots and calamari was all the same, and he loved it. The only thing he wasn't thrilled with was the sausage were all sliced. We all expected to have whole links, but they were thinly sliced longways. I wouldn't say I'm in a hurry to go back, but I would again and maybe get one of those calzones for myself or try pizza .

This tour takes you to a lot of places in Midtown that I would've never seen before but now I want to experience these places as well. I've never been to Piedmont Park and I will be going back to visit. But the tour guy was amazing. He knew a lot on the tour and I will say he knew all of our names. It's hard to learn one person's name, but having to learn that seven people that were on the tour and being correct every time it was impressive. They give you a helmet and teach you from the beginning how to ride, slow down, come to fast stop so you are comfortable before you even start the tour. I absolutely enjoyed every moment of it. I highly recommend you take this tour if you're ever in Atlanta.

This is my first and only negative review. It takes a lot for me to do this. We had a very…read moredisappointing experience with this company. Our group of four booked a Segway tour weeks in advance and arrived as scheduled, only to be told upon arrival that the tour could not proceed because their tour guide was unavailable that day. We were informed that they had attempted to notify us the day prior, while we were in transit, but no meaningful effort was made to ensure we actually received that message. A voicemail was left while in transit that only gave the name of the person to call back. We did respond message the company back but no message of details was sent to us. There was no information given us that the tour had been cancelled and there was no effort by the company to call us back this morning to indicate the tour was canceled. Instead this company allowed us to show up. When we showed up this morning, the office was dead quiet. The one staff easily could've contacted us before we arrived, to have allowed us to make alternate plans. As a result, we showed up expecting a confirmed booking. While an apology and refund were offered, that is the minimum one would expect in this situation. There was no attempt to find a replacement guide or propose an alternative solution, despite the significant inconvenience caused. What was most concerning, however, was how the situation was handled. As we calmly discussed next steps among ourselves, we were unexpectedly told that we were making the staff member, Sammi, "uncomfortable". Despite the fact that even though we were highly disappointed we remained polite and measured. We were then asked to leave, and the door was locked behind us, which felt offensive as well as entirely unwarranted given our demeanor. She should've called us that morning and if anything that would possibly be why she was uncomfortable because of her own mistake. Our disappointment was warranted and we were not in any way aggressive, moreover never have any of us been called that. It's preposterous that her mistake, resulting in our disappointment and regrouping could be attributed with making her uncomfortable. She could have a higher tolerance for customers and customer service vs blaming validly disappointed customers for frustration which she caused. We are reasonable, respectful customers and simply expected clear communication and a basic level of customer service. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated here. I would not recommend relying on this business if your plans depend on them.
