I was a little skeptical when I made an appointment at Griffeth Ford, altough they said they'd have my car back the same day, repairs completed. I arrived for my appointment, discussed the necessary repairs, then waited a few minutes for a shuttle service to take me home. I received a call a couple of hours later, with a status report. The conversation included my need for new brakes. He assured me they would complete the aforementioned work and replace the brakes and still have it finished by that evening. He was right. I got a call @ 5pm saying my car was ready and they would send a driver over to pick me up. I was impressed that everything had been done and to top it off, my car was immaculate! They had cleaned it inside and out. That was an unexpected and welcomed touch to the service. I will return and recommend anyone else looking for an auto shop to try them out.

When I bought my car, you couldn't buy an EV or PHEV unless there was an EV-Certified dealer nearby. Griffeth Ford was the first in the area to get certified in EV repair, which is what made it possible for me to get my C Max Energi when EV's were rather new - and rare. For a vehicle that everyone speculated would be unreliable, expensive or difficult to keep on the road, Griffeth Ford has made it possible to keep the car going with very few "speed bumps" and with minimal repair or maintenance costs. While people told me an electric vehicle would be very inefficient in the winter, I found that electric vehicles have electric cabin heaters that give you heat as soon as you start the car! EV's in many ways are IDEAL for cold winter weather! Having Griffeth Ford nearby in the unlikely event I need repair is what has made it possible for me to truly enjoy this car, knowing that should anything happen, I had a dealer who "had my back", and was close to home!
