He also REFUSED to call AAA to inform them that he was not going to provide service. I had to call AAA and they referred me to Mikes Cowett's Towing Service in Presque Isle. AAA representative encouraged me to file a complaint with AAA. A complaint was filed. Mike's driver was very professional and towed the car without issue.

i was in a bind, had a cracked oil pan, leaking oil out onto the parking lot where i live. i needed…read morethis problem solved quickly and at a place nearby, instead of my usual place in littleton. i'm disabled and on a budget! at first the guy seemed understanding and said he would fix it and charge our card later, when i get paid. he also said he was ordering the parts . he said right away that was fine and took our card number down and told us to leave our van there. we left it for an entire day no work was done because he claimed he was out in the wrecker all day(but he supposedly had the parts). we tried getting ahold of them today and dude turned his phone off so we called the place directly and got the asshole employee who's literally always an asshole, every time we have interacted with him. he said that casey had lied to us that they wouldnt do the work without the money upfront. and now the liars phone is turned off. why take our card number then and not say what the deal was upfront? this place really screwed me over. and frankly makes me never want to deal with anyone ever again. no thanks. dont recommend this shthole to anyone! dont go there.
