The Fun Station - This is the fun station staff that do such an amazing job just a few of them and I take my son twice a week

*5 Stars - "I was at Fun Station today and I need to speak up for the teenage staff, with Galatians…read more6:5 in mind: 'For each one should carry their own load.'* *A parent got upset with the staff because a child was seen near the exit unattended. But here's what actually happened: The staff didn't even see the child leaving -- another parent did and then blamed the teens for 'not noticing.'* *Let's be clear: It is NOT the job of teenage staff to monitor exits or babysit. Their job is to run games, keep stations safe, and help families have fun. Proverbs 22:6 says 'Start children off on the way they should go' -- that's a parent's calling, not a 16-year-old's job description.* *As parents, WE are 100% responsible for knowing where our kids are at all times in a public place. If your child wanders off, that responsibility falls on you -- not on a teenager running the prize counter. Ephesians 6:4 reminds us, 'Fathers, do not exasperate your children' -- and part of that is keeping them safe ourselves, not shifting blame when we don't.* *The Fun Station teens today were respectful and professional while being yelled at for something that wasn't their fault or their job. James 1:19 says to be 'quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry' -- they lived that out better than the adult did.* *Parents: Watch your own kids. Don't expect minimum-wage teenagers to parent for you. Thank you to the Fun Station crew for handling a tough situation with grace and reflecting Colossians 3:23: 'Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.' You deserve respect, not a tongue-lashing."*

We've come for 5 years and have always had a great experience. The owner (or manager) is amazing…read moreand has come to me of her own volition to ask me how she could improve the space to be more inclusive of neurodivergent kids. Never has this ever happened in any other establishment. We also had 2 birthday parties there that both went great! The party hosts are proper hosts, super helpful and attentive. If you are a parent of young kids you know how crucial having that help is. All the staff knows my son by sight and are always welcoming and really tolerant and patient with my AuDHD son who constantly runs into every place he isn't supposed to. We feel like family here. I haven't gone on a hectic day (intentionally) so I can't speak to the rule enforcement on those days, but I can say that I have seen the strictness vary depending on the vibe, age, and amount of kids there. I appreciate this because it's annoying to have to parent other people's older kids around safety if they are being too rowdy around the little ones. They're all still just kids, though! The only improvement they could make is adding a slide or 2, but maybe that is in the future! Who knows! The most important thing to me is the intention and advocacy I have seen in management. Keep it up!

They have a fun little kid zone for toddlers under 48". Trampolines, games, foam pits, ninja warrior style obstacle courses, lots and lots to do for all ages. (Parents included) The service and team members were wonderful and friendly. I would highly recommend for your event or just a fun family friendly night out.

Everything is about the same as SkyZone, but doesn't seem to be getting maintained at all…read more Climbing wall has a lot of loose, spinny holds which is dangerous, the swinging arm and platform jump you need an employee to operate, but the employees are just sitting on their phones and don't give a shit. Why employers allow employees to be on their phones is mind boggling to me. I guess the only help you can find for cheap is zombies now. I had to hunt them down to ask them for the kids each time and they were bickering over who should have to do it, then they gave them only a few jumps before shutting it down. The dodgeball area has a couple of deflated volleyballs and 3 dodgeballs, as if you could play a game with that amount. The arcade games have all been jacked up to ridiculous prices. Who is going to pay $1 to play Galaga? Get real. I didn't get any food, but I already can tell you it's going to suck. The reason they don't get 1 star is because the cashiers were nice and the ninja course is still fun, but I won't be back.

While there we noticed the other employees rotating to different areas while the same boy was made to stay in an area working where no other staff communicated with him. I don't know if it is a racial issue or not, but the same manager has been on everytime my family and I have been there, Pam needs to realize that this boy has rights too, and be a better person! We will not be returning to skyzone after witnessing this.
