Once many months ago, my friend took me here as it is one of his favorite places. There was a 40 minute wait so we sought nourishment elsewhere. Today was much better. It is housed in the former Zydeco restaurant which was featured on one of Guy Fieri's food shows. So the overall decor had not changed much except all the New Orleans decorations were replaced. The wall hickey of Guy was also painted over. I was in the mood for a burger but my friend oddly has never had a burger there, preferring their sandwiches. I chose the Van burger which consisted of spicy peanut sauce and jalapeno peppers. I am a fire eater but the capsaicin in jalapenos gets me. But, I enjoyed the burger nonetheless. The bun was wonderful and it was cooked to order. The meat was not over seasoned and had a nice flavor. Along side was their coleslaw which I enjoyed. It was not overly wet of drowned in mayo. On tap were several beers and I enjoyed the flavor of a brown ale. Behind the bar was a nice selection of brown liquor and the lady poured a custom order for me. It was great. Pulled Pork Burger - JUICY but pork could've been more tender Bacon Mac n cheese burger - FILLING and creamy BOM - Apple cider aioli with cinnamon wontons with onion petals -- such odd flavors but it worked very well! Seasonal triple berry apply cider - YUM Cheyanne is such a sweet server, it was very clean in here with an eclectic vibe, and such good food with decent portions. We ate it all! read more

Great local place in the old Zydeco building. Hard to follow an act like Zydeco's but they are making a good effort. I am a fan of the tenderloin and strawberry salad and but my favorite is the Brisket Chili Queso which is nothing short of sinful. So good! I'm not a great judge of IPA beers but they do have a full bar and carry some staple brand names. The staff is great - Heather a Yelp server of the year works the bar and dining area and continues to be fabulous at Brew Links! The first time the wife and I went to brew Link in Moorseville we had the blackened shrimp tacos. The service was excellent. The decor was great and the shrimp tacos were delicious. Last Friday. We took our group of six there for dinner. The decor was like a sports bar and with a very friendly feeling. there were quite a few more people in the brewery than the last time we were there, the service this time was mediocre no over the top friendly or nothing. My wife and I split the fish sandwich which our server said was delicious. The fries tasted like they've been under a warmer for hours, we didn't hardly ate them, the fish you could buy in the grocery store heat it up in the oven and throw it on a bun. I would not recommend the fish sandwich. The other folks got the burger melt which they couldn't hardly eat, but our friend choked it down. He would not recommend it and the other couple got the burger, and they said it was OK. I will say the drinks were delicious and I would definitely go back just because of the bar and their drinks. We might try it again, but please stay away from the fish sandwich. read more

Situated in the former Zydecos space, Brew Link has that trendy gastro pub vibe and menu. Plenty of beers and carefully crafted food items to choose from that should suit any taste. Hubs had a pretty good burger (great fries) and I had a poke bowl that was good other than the tuna needing to be better trimmed. We sat at the bar and the bar tenders were mostly attentive but there was a lot going on and noisy because of the echo. Again, we're in a brewery so that's to be expected. We will for sure go back to try more of the menu items. read more

It pains me to even write this. I get no joy from leaving a bad review. But this place really does deserve it. And to preface my next statements, this was their 2nd chance. We walked in and were seated promptly and provided menus. There were two waitresses working the bar side which is where we were seated which seemed a little short staffed to us. They have a large ceiling fan and where we sat was significantly colder than anywhere else so we asked to move. The waitress who moved us said the people prior said the same thing. The food we ordered was just ok, not great. My husband ordered a burger and i ordered a protein bowl. We passed multiple places on our way from Indy with way better burgers. The issue here is we were left for 30 minutes without being checked on. I had to go up to the bar to ask for our check. Our visit was almost an hour and 30 minutes. Sadly, we won't be coming back, i whole heartedly believe everyone deserves a second chance and this was theirs and they blew it. Bring back Zydecos! read more

A large group ate there and we had the best waiter named Ethan. Fast service and good food. The only complaint was from those who ordered the salmon. Very dry and needed a glaze. Also the white rice is not a favorite as most prefer a wild or fried rice. read more
