They serve a really good hamburger and other equally good choices. Services have been good when I've eaten there. I do feel they are pricey. I've been told they have some discounted meals, dine in, at lunch. I haven't been there at lunch to say more. But the food is good. read more

Today, my partner took her parents to this restaurant for lunch, hoping for a pleasant meal. Unfortunately, the experience turned sour due to the behavior of the owner. Her mom ordered the tri-tip sandwich, but upon arrival, it was cold inside, and too rare for her to eat, despite feeling warm on the outside edge. My partner politely informed the waitress, who agreed to exchange the sandwich for something else. A few minutes later, the owner herself came to the table and aggressively questioned why the sandwich was sent back. The owner raised her voice saying "so why was the sandwich so horrible?" and caused a scene, making us feel embarrassed and disrespected. (we NEVER said that the sandwich was horrible, just that it was too rare and cold) It was shocking to realize that this rude behavior came from the restaurant's owner. Despite the server being courteous and the pastrami sandwich being enjoyable, the appalling conduct of the owner ruined our entire dining experience. We will not be returning to this restaurant and cannot recommend it to others. When I received this phone call, I was at work and It broke my heart because I know that her mom is living a life full of pain already, she feels very insecure about her hair and rarely gets to enjoy an outing like today. They were really looking forward to this family outing and to hear that they were disrespected like this is just disheartening. read more

Ok, I'm a bit of a Marsala snob.... that said, their Chicken Marsala is fantastic! Seriously 10/10. Sauce was spot-on for that unique marsala flavor and the chicken was moist and seasoned perfectly. Fresh "in season" veggies were a colorful medley of young broccoli, carrots and sweet red cabbage. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! Give it a try! read more

The waiter walked past us to clean the table behind us after staring at ous from the bar for 10 mins then as she was done cleaning she told us the owners are super strict on bring in out side food. Out for a ride with the Sacramento Harley owners group on Saturday. This was our destiantion/lunch stop. I ordered coffee and a mushroom burger with sweet potato fries. There were at least 15 of us in the group. It was pretty cold outside and the servers had trouble getting the propane heaters started, but we're persistent in getting it done. The fried food is very greasy!!! Not the first time either. I've worked in kitchens for years and I believe that they don't have their fryer hot enough. When I mentioned it to the Server that my fries were very greasy, she said "Oh ok I guess I'll tell the cook". I only ate one fry. No I'm sorry nor did they take anything off my bill. I'd have been happy for an apology. Had the shrimp poor boy and it was ok-ish. I think there was some shrimp on it. Should have stuck to a burger I guess. read more

Brew'gers has good food and great service. It's def a pub type place to eat. Yummy apps, good salads, and of course... good burgers. A couple times I've had my burger charred to death. But I still eat it lol. They have specials that are always really good. Their beer selection is decent. It's a small town that doesn't see a lot of "tourists" so don't expect 20 taps. But if you're in town, and you want a good beer and a good bite, def check it out. read more

After a long weekend at New Hogan lake we (16 of us) stopped at Brew' Gers for our departure meal. We had 3 dogs in tow so we sat outside. Our server worked her butt off go break the bill down to three different parties, timed the deliveries between drinks, entrees, more drinks, ranch dressing (teens, more drinks, H2O for the pooches, etc. The food was good and no complaints. I personally had the Pastrami burger and onion rings. I begrudgingly shared my rings with everyone...bombski. However, Daisy, my Cane Corso gladly helped me kill off the last half of my Pastrami burger. She would give it two thumbs up but she can't. The brew selection looked pretty impressive but to be honest I drank beer & tequila all weekend so iced tea and copious amounts of water were designated for me. We were visiting friends in Valley Springs and they suggested we go to lunch and ended up coming here! We all got burgers and my wife and I split the Islander and the BBQ Burgers. The burgers were juicy and caramelized and I can honestly tell you that both burgers were possibly the best burgers I have ever had (and I have had a lot of burgers throughout my 59 years). We also had the corn fitter appetizer and they were great as well! The fries are a version of steak fries, thin, almost like homemade potato chips, spiced w salt, pepper and garlic powder and the onion rings were fantastic as well. Everything we got was great! And the service was top notch as well! We will definitely be making the trip from Tracy to go back to this place. read more

Decided to try again after new owner and name change! First ice tea was fresh brewed and really good. We ordered side salads with ranch and the ranch was homemade! So far this place is rocking! Hot pastrami was really . It had hot melted cheese and I asked them to hold the grilled onions. My husband got the grilled pesto sandwich and it was also amazing! We been driving by Brewgers for years and never stopped. Well today we did, and we weren't disappointed. We got the cheese curds for an appetizer with their ranch. Both were good. My Wife ordered the pesto chicken sandwich with the pesto fries. She liked them, and so did I. The fries are cut like steak fries, but thinner. I like that, I don't care for thick cut fries. I ordered the pastrami burger with their beer battered onion rings. It was good. The onions rings were good, I wish they were a little crispier but they were good. I typically like a med rare burger, but the burger I had was more done than I normally like it, but the burger was juicy and flavorful. Overall good food and the service was outstanding. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. They have indoor and outdoor seating. TV's in both areas with multiple games on. Football and baseball. Tables and a few booths inside and tables outside. We are definitely gonna go back and try some other menu items. I wish we would have stopped sooner. read more

Brew'gers was on the corner. Got everything to go, since we had muttso w us. Got a basic cheese burger w fries, and the pastrami sandwich w onion rings. O.M.G. So darn good. The burger was juicy and caramelized. Perfect combination of juiciness, mayo, cheese and lettuce. mmmm, it was good. The fries are a version of steak fries, thin, almost like homemade potato chips, spiced w salt, pepper and garlic powder. They were good. The pastrami sandwich was dee-lish. It was enough for two meal, tender , perfectly seasoned. The onion rings are among the best ever. Honestly, onion rings are a thing for me. These are good ones. Very good food and thank God, we have very limited choices in this town lol! Their French fries are pretty awesome! Crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. You can also get toppings on the fries, I recommend the PESTO fries...YUM! Seating is limited, as it's a smaller space, but they also do take out. Today we went for lunch and of course as soon as the food came out my 6 month old decided it was time to lose his mind! Instead of making us feel unwanted because of our upset infant the staff did everything to make us feel wanted! The owner I believe even offered us a small bowl of soup to see if he was hungry!
