She sounded scammy (if there is such a word). When I gave her my credit card number she repeated over and over again that they would destroy my credit card information after the items were shipped. My order came in the mail the next day. I was impressed until I discovered they had short shipped me. The most expensive part I had ordered was missing from my shipment. I phoned and left a message and also emailed. I didn't hear anything back so I called the store. She apologized for missing the item, said she had emailed me an hour previously (which I did not receive until some time later) (she did have my phone number and could have called). The date on the invoice is June 25/25. It is now July 6/25 and I still don't have my missing part. Distiller Warehouse may have been really good in the past, but not any more. Avoid this business!

Some places in Edmonton are a real rip-off, so I'm glad I stopped in here. The gentleman, who I will assume is the owner, was helpful enough....not super friendly but patient. The humidor was well stocked for it's size but nothing exotic or really interesting selection-wise. I'd come back here as it's close to work, but will continue my search for a shop I'd become a regular at.

Fortunately, I purchased a small travel humidor for hubby last year, so I don't have to worry as much about freshness. Also this year I bought him two kinds of Colts, whiskey dipped and rum &wine dipped, plus Ports, so I won't need the humidor to hide them in. I bought myself some 'Subzero' for my vapor smoker. Nice to get a good menthol- nicotine product finally, and did you know they came in different strengths? The other place I haven't reviewed yet didn't tell me that. Like the first reviewer said, they aren't very friendly, but they do know their stuff. And they're not rude. They just don't smile or joke around. Oh gosh how nice it is to set foot into a brand new Shoppers Drug Mart location! We arrived for the…read moregrand opening on December 3, 2022 to the finally opened location (in the former Sawmill restaurant location in Capilano Mall), and we weren't disappointed. Not only did their grand opening include goody bags for the first 100 customers through the doors starting at 8am when they opened (they're open from 8am-10pm daily) and they also had a lovely contest to win between 750-4500 PC Optimum points for customers between 8am-2pm on opening day. The store itself is well-lit, well-stocked, and has a beautifully laid out pharmacy location. I was quite pleased during our walk around the space. Not only did they have a great selection of everything from beauty items to Squishmallows but there's a decent selection of grocery and electronics too! My partner was really pleased to see some of the gaming systems in stock for example as I know some of them are pretty hard to find right now! We'll certainly be back.
