They are certainly a premium contractor, but for a project of that scale, it was not something that we could have ever hoped to accomplish on our own. It certainly made sense for us to pick a excellent contractor who would be prepared for every scenario. And that is what we got with Frey. With a project of this size, I think common knowledge would cause the average person to assume that there would be substantial delays and setbacks. but the entire time we worked with Frey, there from the day they broke ground to the day it was done, they didn't slip a single deadline. Their staff was always incredibly professional. The subcontractors that they worked with were top notch. You could tell that the people who were here working on our home really cared about the project and wanted to make it good and make it right, and they would redo parts of it if they weren't done correctly. we really appreciated the attention to detail. There were many times when I thought that they went above and beyond to help make the remodeling project go smoothly. Notably, they helped move all of our appliances and counter surfaces into our living room so that we could continue to live out of our living room while our entire kitchen was being demoed and remodeled. The end result is nothing short of amazing. Jerry's design makes the bathroom, which includes a beautiful 5-foot walk-in shower, feel absolutely spacious even though the actual square footage was limited. The new walk-in closet is a dream. Jerry was professional and easy to work with.....accessible throughout the project and always willing to listen to my questions/ideas and offer suggestions. His employees and sub-contractors were all pleasant and well-qualified and every detail was attended to. The estimate for the project was all- inclusive so there were no budget 'surprises' along the way.
