One thing I like about AllCare in general is that they're both an urgent care and they have primary care docs, so it's super easy to see your PCP after hours or on weekends if you work typical business hours. The facility was easy to find and the receptionist was very patient with me. The entire facility was clean and the check-in process was smooth. I had an appointment and didn't have to wait too long to be seen. There is ample parking since it's right next to a Publix. During an annual physical, which is free with our insurance, my wife was prescribed a drug that "had" to be billed separately and as a "separate visit" when she was already there anyway. It was a 2 month prescription which she uses very rarely. It's been just over 6 months since it was prescribed. She asked for a repeat prescription which could easily be done over the phone or online but she has to go in now for another visit for that repeat prescription. Clearly they'll make money on the visit. So unnecessary. For the record, Lacey Hutchinson is very nice and professional, but the system of her office needs to be more flexible and easy to deal with.
