A great local print shop that was able to quickly turn around our custom print job. They beat their quoted turnaround time and we were very satisfied with the print quality and super fast turnaround. It's no wonder this shop has survived while many of the ones that used to exist in the area, are long gone. Would definitely come here again for any print needs and you should as well.

I just need 2 copies made from an original photo. Thats all. Color Images replies saying it was $5 and can be done while I wait. I replied to confirm and they said it was easy and to come on down. So I send my husband in the following day to drop off the picture. After dropping it off he calls me back and tells me how rude the guy at the counter was to him and just how complicated he made a simple task seem. He said the guy acted like it was just a huge inconvenience, asking several questions for what should be simple and self explanatory and complaining that they normally do larger jobs , blah blah blah. At the end of the day I hadn't heard back from them as promised to let me know it was ready. I was already on a time crunch, because I intended this picture as a gift to someone who was visiting so I stopped by to see if it was finished (4pm, drop off was 9am) and the guy said "Oh, I forgot, let me warm up the machine". About 10 min later I have the copies. Now remember, I specifically asked for a color print of a glossy photo and they specifically responded that they can provide this. What I got was AWFUL. It was a morphed, discolored, paper copy. Common sense dictates that if someone asks for a copy of a glossy photo then theyd get a glossy photo in return. Its was so terrible. I think he even tried to balance the color, which made it worse...... The original photo was taken is soft lighting but it came out like it was red..... I dont even know how to explain it other than it was absolute garbage. Like I said, maybe they do good work on large print jobs but this place had no business reaching out to me when I was specific about what I was looking for AND the guy who is at the service desk is rude and unprofessional. I dont care about the measly $5. I care that my time was wasted and that both my husband and I were treated poorly. Oh, and I had to ask for my card back because he didnt return it at the end of the task and yes, he forgot because he sent me on my way before giving it back. I drove straight to CVS and printed out a perfect glossy duplicate for under $1.00, self service, took 3 minutes, the picture wasnt damaged or bent like I had feared which is why I did not go in the first place and no drama.

STAY AWAY If you are looking for professional and reliable web development services. We had a quite…read moredisappointing unprofessional experience with this group, specifically with David Kamjoo. Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

Nothing makes me happier than Yelping about a great mom and pop business, like Pioneer Imaging. Their work is fantastic, reasonably priced and quick. With only a week and a half before the trade show, I was having a very hard time finding a banner company where the people understood how to properly transfer and blow up my vector graphic onto an eight foot banner. After dealing with a woman, at another banner place, who blamed me for the ugly sample of my banner she emailed me ("Well, it's what you sent me!), I needed to find someone I felt was competent and not accusatory. Then I found Pioneer Imaging on Yelp. Slightly frantic and out of breath, I called Eddie. "Relax," he told me, understanding exactly how to transfer and format my file. Just hearing how knowledgeable he is put me at ease. He told me his wife Star is really great at graphics, so I felt confident the two of them would be great to work with, and ordered a poster of our recording console on foam-core backing, as well. They didn't let me down! My eight foot banner is stunning - the detailed graphic of my tree logo (lots of delicate branches) came out sharp and crisp. The vinyl is high quality which will last for years. Our poster is so good, we (my husband/business partner and I) are thinking of all the products we can have Eddie and Star put on posters. It looks sharp! We have the NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) show coming in January, so Eddie told me he and Star can give me lots of great ideas (at not a lot of cost) for the show. It's a great relief to find people I feel confident working with. I need my business to look professional. Whenever I can, I prefer working with mom and pop businesses, like Pioneer over big chain stores. At Pioneer they work 14-15 hour days, sometime 6-7 days a week - and their effort and commitment to their business shows in the results. We will definitely be working with Pioneer for now on.
