All doctors I've seen, my GP and also other doctors when mine was unavailable, have been lovely. They have finally fixed a lot of their appointment making issues and now have a modern online appointment scheduling system with app compatibility, but also now have way less availability than previously for some reason. The past two times I've needed quick care, I wasn't able to get an appointment for nearly a week. (Ended up going to urgent care for help instead) A minimum of 5 days for a pressing issue is normal. They don't allow you to walk in and wait for an opening to pop up. Overall, the care is VERY good when you can get in and I hope they will continue to do updates with updates to the upstairs as well.

I called 3 times on different dates to make sure one of my reports was faxed over to a specialist I was seeing, and they even confirmed with me that it was. When I got to the specialist, it wasn't there. Another time, I was trying to ask which doctor I was seeing and ask why it was not my regular doctor. Before I even finished speaking, I was cut off. The day of my appointment, I get a call saying the doctor they scheduled me for does not do the procedure I was scheduled for. I had made this appointment a month earlier and called the day before, yet nothing was said until 6 hours before the appointment. So now I have to wait for another appointment a month later or have to use a take off to park in order to be seen 2 weeks later on a weekday. Very frustrating that this happened. The staff I members that helped me were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The medical staff were top notch. Professionals with a friendly bedside manner. They were able to pinpoint what was wrong with my father and did surgery the same day. With technology as advanced as it is, he was out just hours later. Without the kidney stone that was torturing him. If you need a hospital, MSSM is a good pick.

If she was ever working in New York city offices, she would be fired. You don't speak to the doctor's patients or anyone as a matter of fact like that. I only keep going to Dr Ingber because he is five minutes from my home. I was recommended to him. The person who recommended me did not tell me about his receptionist. I called him and told him what my experience was with her on my first visit, and it has not changed.

I don't usually leave negative reviews , especially about doctors and their staff, but this is an exceptional situation. Recently I requested a clearance letter from the doctor so I can return to work. I initially asked Kathy for the letter to be mailed, not realizing it was time sensitive and that I needed it by Monday. When I requested it to be faxed to my place of employment she said no, and abruptly hung up the phone. When my place of employment contacted her on my behalf, she was equally rude and abrupt. Dr. Ingber is a very good doctor, but you have to go through her to see him. I have to go for a follow up visit, and sincerely hopecshe is not there the day I have to go in.
