I believe the front desk employee's name is Liz. During every visit, she has come across as dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional. She spoke to us with an attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience, and I witnessed her treating other patients in a similarly disrespectful manner. The front desk is the first impression of any medical office, and her behavior reflects very poorly on the practice. Patients who are already dealing with illness or pain deserve compassion and respect, not rudeness. Management should seriously address the customer service at the front desk before more patients choose to leave. I will not be returning to this office, and I will be recommending that friends and family seek care elsewhere.

When I called for the results, they refused to release them until I had to litteraly yell at them (no joke), I have a pretty good insurance, but for some reason they used another lab and sent me a bill of $500, this is the worst practice ever. As a patient, I did everything I was supposed to do: I showed up for my appointment on April 6, 2025, and followed up multiple times--only to be met with delays, excuses, and ultimately, a refusal to help. I had to take it upon myself to call my insurance and figure out what needed to be done, which is something the provider's office should have handled weeks ago. I was told yesterday that this would finally be resolved--but today, on Dr. Morden's last day at the office, I couldn't even speak to anyone properly. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and when I finally did get Dr. Morden on the phone, he sounded annoyed and made it clear that he wasn't going to take any action. Saying he's been "swamped since December" is not an excuse when a patient's access to necessary medication is on the line. If there was no intention or ability to follow through, I should have been told upfront--not dragged along for almost a month. I've been loyal to this practice for over a decade, but this experience has left me feeling completely disregarded. Patients deserve to be treated with compassion, urgency, and respect--not as afterthoughts. Good luck to Dr. Morden at Nassau University Medical Center. As for me, I'll be in search of a new primary care provider.
