My first impression they had everyone's names available for everyone to see when you check in..HIPPA violation, I brought that to the attention of the front office staff, they didn't seem to concerned. The second appointment that I had the following week scheduled was canceled in less than 24 hours notice because the provider was not available. I schedule for another appointment for the following week & I confirmed via email and then I received a phone call around 6:30 informing me that I needed to be there at 2pm. I explained to the person that I confirmed for 2:30 as that was my appointment time, the staff was ridiculously rude and talked over me as I explained that I work and it takes almost a half hour to get there. She then informed me that I had a following appointment for the following week, I had not scheduled for that appointment nor had the time off set with my employer. I explained that I was not going to make any appointments for this company as they are disorganized. I explained to cancel the appointment. The staff refused to hear me and said they would see me tomorrow. I received a follow up text from them saying I had an appointment and I canceled my appointment and blocked them from further text messages. Honestly I couldn't feel any difference after the first appointment and it's such a hassle to be scheduled. Ya, I definitely do not recommend this place. I was under the knife, in the recovery room, and on my way home from surgery in 2 hours. J had called Lucero's office 2 hours after we had gotten home because I had noticed blood coming from the top of my dressing. Lucero told him that drainage was to be expected, and that it could be light pink in color. This is even though J mentioned that what we were seeing was red red...not light pink and that the whole dressing felt completely wet against my skin. Yes, I was drugged...but I knew something didn't feel right with the bandages. Lucero told J to have me come into the office the next day to have the dressing changed. He's the doctor, so we thought that we were worrying over nothing. Hours later, in the middle of the night, J ended up having to rush me to the ER for an arterial bleed. Finding me pale as a ghost, with blood all over the living room floor I imagine was not what J was expecting discover when I called out his name early that morning. According to the doctor at Good Sam, a branch artery was weakened/nicked during surgery. This was a simple "routine surgery" that was not so routine. More like rushed.
