March 9th to May 14th was the period of time that you refused to respond to multiple emails from both me and the architect. But low and behold, as soon as a yelp review goes up, it's everyone else's fault but yours, you are the poor victim/pariah, and you were set up to fail.
The museum purchased the hardware which you installed and this includes the threshold. The threshold is now trash.
Let's be very clear: You did not spend "over $1400 on this project without ever being reimbursed". You BILLED $1400 for shoddy labor. You actually "spent" $74.88 on misc. items (the included picture shows the invoice in dispute). Your comments on this are misleading, disingenuous and a vain attempt at deflection.
If I mess something up (which has happened), I own it. I apologize for where I went wrong and I make damn sure that the person employing me is super aware of what I will do to make it right, even if it's ad nauseum. Situations like this can be the best opportunity to establish and maintain integrity or destroy it.
All I see in your response is excuses and no ownership of your failures. If you want to go back and forth and dig in, be my guest. Yelp is a way for the consumer to understand who they are employing, and I fully support transparency with EVERYONE, including those I do business with. I suggest you do the same. read more
