The issues that I faced in two appointments at the end of 2023 are as follows: (1) They have an office staff; but, every time I called, my call was steered to voicemail and I would say only half the time my calls were returned. (2) When my main provider's pharmacist called to discuss prescription items, they never got a live person either. Over a month with 5 outgoing phone calls from my pharmacist, Epiphany NEVER returned the phone calls. All in all, this is one of the poorest and most unprofessional places that I have ever been referred to. I will never recommend their services to anyone.

Then I cancelled my next appointment with the clinic. I was in bad shape when I arrived, so I wasn't quick enough to ask about the price, but a $1500 prescription that is almost never covered by insurance is something patients should be warned about. Now I'm worried they'll send it anyway. I'll call the pharmacy again this afternoon.
