Contractor called to schedule another application and cancelled twice and now not answering phone calls or any correspondence . Cashed our check and just wrote us and our neighbors off. Bad business practices. Refuses to make restitution. Had plenty of days with warmer weather to make amends and no contact with Ron , Its a shame when a company doesn't want to make things right , bad business practices
