This company keeps harassing me for alleged debt that I do not owe. I told them several times to stop calling but they still call and demand I pay something that I do not owe. They should be investigated and shut down. In reply to their response to my original review: This response further highlights the ineptitude and incompetence of this company. I explicitly stated that I do not know why they are demanding a payment from me for some form of business insurance when I am not a business owner, have never owned a business, and have never had any type of business insurance. I also do not have an account with them, nor do I have a file number. Instead of harassing people, this company would be better off by verifying the accuracy of their information and getting their act together. I have never taken my time to write a bad review to a business on both BBB and Yelp because people should know. People who work here are rudest people on earth. If you complain, their excuse response will come your way with dates and quotes like customers review are some sort of criminal issue. From start to finish, they were nothing but treats, no understanding, extremely rude. Daniel Roberts is the rudest person i had encountered in my life. If he has family of his own, I really feel bad for his kids growing up learning from him), Mark Taylor doesn't seem to care at all. I made my last payment last month, sent an email to Mark Taylor confirm of my payment, didn't hear from them regarding any issue. They called again after a month so I emailed them and found out my balance is still there on record. So I asked why and his answer was my payment was returned at that time and i was not informed. If you get a call from them, at least get a lawyer so you don't have to communicate with the horrible people. They don't answer phone calls at once EVER, but they will harass you with calls and messages of threat. Not gonna lie if they were a little more polite and understanding, i would have worked harder make that payment faster in the beginning. Oh absolutely. Yucky people. ATTENTION BUSINESS OWNERS! Do not use this company to collect your debts. I spoke with a representative named "Jason" who was rude, insulting, and ultimately hung up on me. A simple call to my agency confirmed that there was a small bill owed ($250) on an insurance policy, which I promptly paid at the agency. This was in reference to a bill with Erie Insurance, who I have used for over a decade, and paid six figures in premiums for a couple of businesses. Received a phone call from Raymond Maxwell, demanding that I pay my debt or my business would suffer (threat). After repeatedly telling him I didn't know what he was referring to he finally said it was for an unpaid contractual insurance bill. I told him I had never received a bill for that specific company, and had never heard anything from my insurance agent, and that my business doesn't just "pay up" when some big, bad attorney calls unless I have a bill in hand, and that the insurance company in question had always emailed me my bills and did an ACH debit each month for payment. I was told it was not likely I would get a bill at this point, and I stated I don't pay without a bill. He did state that there was returned mail. Oh. The amount they are sending an attorney after me for? $165.13. I don't buy it. And I still haven't received a copy of a bill, but I did receive a letter in the mail that he couldn't even be bothered to sign himself (any office clerk can find and use a signature font and print it on a letter). In the letter I was given 72 hours to pay up or else... Bottom line, threatening people to pay up without having any bit of compassion or even any kind of professional business sense does not work to get what you want. read more

More like "0" stars. Professional services? What a joke. Totally unprofessional, disrespectful and threatening. Couldn't even start off a conversation like a normal human being. Immediately started by inquiring if I was going to rectify this situation or did I want to go to court. Had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. Had received no notification of any kind and Jonathan Green informed me that excuse won't hold up in court. After contacted my insurance agent who also had received nothing, there is a $262 invoice for something neither of us know what for. $262 and this guy acts like I haven't paid my taxes for the past ten years. read more

Over many years I have worked with collection agencies. They are an important part of business. You can't sue everyone to get what's owed you honestly for services or products you have sold. For the most part I feel that if a company is doing what these reviews are claiming how long could they stay in business. I'm not certain but I think they have been in existence for at least 20 years. I think when I checked them out with the BBB Business it was around that number. Certainly companies don't want to alienate future business of a current customers by referring them to a company that uses tactics that these reviews claim to have experienced. Every type of business has there bad apples so to speak. Unfortunately in order to weed them out someone has to complain about their negative experience before the right people can remove that sort of behavior from their employ. These guys are impossible to get a hold of. The standard message is, "Our receptionist is unavailable," but I think the entire office is unavailable. I've left a message for half this firm to no avail, each one progressively more angry. What is hilarious is that they tout on their website how easy it is to speak with someone from their office. I think the voicemails go nowhere, trying to contact these crooks is pointless. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!! I have NEVER been so disrespected by a company. Brian Bings calls me and does not tell me where he is calling from and just demands that my husband and I pay him $266. When I ask him where he is calling from and where did the fee come from, he tells me he has a client that has an unpaid bill. He can't tell me anything about where the supposed bill came from and told me that I had one day to pay it "or else..." Then he proceeds to talk to me like I'm an idiot by sounding out his words like I'M the one with the issue!!! When I question him again about where the money is coming from, he laughs sarcastically and rudely says "are you implying that my client is arbitrarily seeking money?" And I explain that I don't know who he is, where he is calling from, who his "client" is and that I would need to talk to my husband. This is the worst place on earth. Their Cash Now idea allowed me to budget my collection expense because they always pay ME when I place the accounts And it is always the same percentage so I can allocate the price they pay to my budget process.
