I overheard a lot of chatter from those who are regulars who come in once a week to see what's new to choose from. My guess is there's likely a lot of turnover in what's available, since it all comes from donations. Honestly, you kind of just have to go there to experience it. But I tried to take some photos of the kind of stuff you MIGHT see there to give you an idea.
