The lady at the desk was less than helpful and extremely rude. She was very short and hardly made the attempt to pretend to be helpful. Without much conversation or care for providing a good service, help was refused and the arrangements could not be made. We understand the busy and hectic times, but to be so rude and unwilling to help will forever be ingrained in our minds when we hear of The Flower Market.
