As a guy that's never done anything like this before, the whole thing seemed like something from the Kardashians. On the day of their shopping experience, they had a dedicated fitting room roped off with several items Kalee had already selected based on their conversation. They went through a ton of items without her having to leave the fitting room. Kalee's experience, credibility, as well as her gentle, approachable personality helped alleviate any anxiety she had. During their shopping experience Kalee patiently listened to all her concerns and yet was very productive in selecting styles/outfits. She ended up with various items that she wouldn't have given a second glance prior. Now instead of my intention of my wife coming out of her comfort zone, Kalee was able to expand her comfort zone altogether. It's no longer an agonizing, time consuming experience for her to go out but rather something she looks forward to. It was a very educational and therapeutic experience but most importantly she had a lot of fun. I highly recommend Kalee for anyone struggling with their wardrobe. Well Kalee, you should have considered how stressful it was to work with you. I was a new mom who was so excited about a senior job I got after literally sacrificing my career to try and be a mom. And then to look and feel good for this job meant the world to me. Please if you read this, find someone who understands this. Not talks about their 20 years of experience but understands what you need. I didn't "feel" the experience felt short. Facts are facts: I was told I would have clothes ready by end of August 2022, I didn't get the FIRST PASS at a board until October 2022. Simple as that. I have the proof and happy to post it along with the letters I sent to Amex as to why they AGREED with my dispute. I am not sure why my experience was unique. You've told me multiple times you worked with international clients, which was clear afterwards, you haven't since you couldn't figure out a timezone between the UK and Hong Kong. You are right, you offered alternative slots: that were at 3AM my time. Ironically 9am UK is 4pm HKT, and 9am HKT is 5pm PST. All the time zones you work in have easy to slot in hours here. IF you've worked internationally. But I had to chase her to get these times. I did not receive a full refund, I had to request it from my credit card company. Why? Because as I kept an "open" dialogue as Kalee suggested below, she was sending me uncouth emails for asking for a refund. She would say she was commited to working with me and tell me how rude I was rather than acknowledging how she made me feel or the fact that she didn't deliver on her timing. If you are not a scam, please prove it to me. Will you work on my boards and deliver what you should have? I would happily pay you if you can show me that you can delivery what you say. Take up the opportunity to suspend your ego to deliver what you say and this review changes to a positive experience. Until then, this review stays.

It now became a necessity. I first met Barbra at an event at Beckley's on Melrose. She was part of a group of experts discussing the importance of fashion on image and branding. After I heard her no-nonsense eco-friendly approach to styling (reuse, repurpose, recycle -- THEN buy something new), I knew I wanted to work with her. Of course it didn't hurt that she is also a British Vogue online correspondent and a published author of Closet Control. Any way, she takes her business SERIOUSLY. Prior to her first power session with you, she advises you to get plenty of rest and eat something because it is going to be intense. Wow. This was kinda like the advice I got prior to doing my first Triathalon last year. And then we went for it. Years of clothes and shoes were thrown out, and things were repurposed and reworked to create things I didn't think of putting together. Old faves were retired, but that ultimately made room for new faves. This was some serious therapy as I was sooooo attached to my stuff, even though I hadn't worn things in years. Some stuff still had tags. Anyway, I have a better sense of what woks for my figure. She also strongly suggested that I rethink my attraction to expensive handbags, and invest that money elsewhere in my wardrobe.
