They're not very honest and they don't care about you or your family. My storage was 3 weeks behind. I had been off for COVID, so I had no income. I called Wednesday to make my payment. And asked when the lock would be taken off my storage, and she told me I could possibly get someone out today. Well, it never happened. So I called again on Thursday. She proceeded to tell me then nobody comes out until Tuesday's to bring in to do anything. I asked her why she said that they would be out the day before, and she said she didn't, which is fine. I don't care what I do care about is that I want my property out of my storage. All of my daughter's birthday stuff is in there. Her party is Saturday and I have to tell a child that I can't get my property even though my payment has been made. Because there's a lock on my storage. This isn't the first time this has happened to me. They like putting locks on people's pros. Property is my best bet but again as I said I do not recommend them to anyone I want my property out of my storage and I just want to be done with them

Used prime packers to load a 16 ft truck. All items in the home were packed and clearly marked,…read morewalked through and explained what needed to be loaded on to the truck and what furniture needed to be wrapped and loaded. We provided all the packing material. Then had to repeat everything at least ten times because they didn't listen or pay attention. Kept putting things in front of the most important items that needed to be loaded. Charged us by the hour but kept stopping to look at their phones and asking what they should do when they're standing right next to items that needed to be loaded on the truck. Overcharged us for the total move claimed they arrived at 15 mins earlier than they did and charged for the time. Took way longer than it should have and very disappointed by the whole experience. Didn't pack the truck efficiently - had to go in and rearrange items to make more space. Still have items to load but will do it ourselves because paying them for additional time just wasn't worth it.

We called Aaron & he quoted 4 hours to move us from a 2 bedroom townhouse @ Williamsburg on the Lake to a 2 bedroom Villa we purchased in Blair Hills. Aaron did not come to the move & sent 3 young men to get the job done. They were supposed to show up @ 9am & didn't make it till 9:30am but charged us from 8:45am, first problem. Second problem they didn't bring any tools to take the beds etc apart? I left to go to the new place & they arrived in about 45 minutes because they had to leave the plank to unload at the townhouse because they left NO room on the truck? They unloaded the majority of the truck using the Tommy lift on the truck, more delays. Our furniture gained a lot of scratches in this move & shelving taken to the basement was placed in the middle of the basement & all of the items on the shelves were placed on the walls where the shelves were supposed to go even after telling ALL 3 of them shelves go on the SOUTH wall not the middle of the room. Their truck left lots of rusted pieces on our driveway for us to pickup from the Tommy lift & then charged us for 6 hours instead of 4 & still had the storage shed to move the next day. I left Aaron a voicemail on his phone to call me ASAP but didn't receive a call till the following week! The 3 man crew came back the next day & took 6 hours again to clean out & move a 10' x 15' storage shed! Aaron eventually called me back & credited us for 2 hours but overall we are not happy with this company plus NO booties worn on our freshly cleaned carpet as stated on other reviews shown here. Next time I'll wait till 2 men & a truck have time to move us in their quality trucks with quality staff.

I called multiple companies to try to find help. I had almost given up hope before getting a hold of Marc. He was fantastic from the start. After hearing our story, he said they were booked for the day but would send a crew at 5:00 p.m. after completing their other jobs. I was so appreciative but fully expected to have just a couple of exhausted people show up to help that late in the day. WHAT A SURPRISE to have FIVE guys show up with great attitudes and even greater work ethic! And no added charges for the last minute rush job. Can't recommend them enough. Update: upon unloading, fridge was scratched because metal object was placed next to it. Padding…read morewas placed but not taped so it slipped during the trip. Fridge was placed against the side of the truck with absolutely no padding. Movers are nice but need more experience. Was responsive to moving help request, came earlier than scheduled to assess, pleasant and respectful. Discussed items on the phone and quoted numbers however, upon arrival, changed number of men without informing me and then, increased the price last minute.
