They cowardly called the police and without doing any investigation, I was arrested and charged. I was devastated! Something like this has never happened to me. A court appointed attorney was assigned to my case which was a nightmare. She wanted me to accept the offer from the District Attorney which would have been disadvantageous to me and my career in many ways. It was obvious that I was going down the wrong path with this attorney so I asked the judge to remove her from my case and appoint another attorney. The court appointed Mike Schillinger.
