These guys know customer service. The work was top-notch, super friendly staff, and very clean shop. They handled everything with the other insurance and when my car came back, it looked like I had just driven it off the showroom floor. It even looked like they had detailed it.Unfortunately got hit again, another hit-and-run on April 20. Immediately took it to carstar, who gave me an estimate, I brought the car in on Monday the 27th and I got it back after 4 PM on the 28th. Even though this was a much smaller job, they cleaned and detailed the car, again, even putting the spray on the tires to make them look brand new. I can't tell you how kind, compassionate and amazing. The team at this shop are. If you have to go through your trauma of having your need repair, you definitely need to go there. They will have your back all the way. And they do beautiful repair work.

Love the fact that I can drop off the car in the early morning and chat with staff while the car is repaired. The waiting room is clean and quiet. Brian is pleasure to work with and patient with my less than knowlegeable questions :-) He walks you through the whole repair if you have questions. After another local repair shop failed twice to complete repairs without breaking other systems and costing me more money, I went looking for a better place. This is it! So nice to be able to trust a mechanic to do a great job! I read over some of the other reviews and the "one stars" are totally out of character for Brian and I suspect they are bogus. I provided my cellphone number and I immediately got a text appointment confirmation that I saved to my calendar with the date and time. Later, there were automated reminder texts, which I appreciated. Now to the actual work, this guy is an artist! Plain and simple. I would challenge anyone to find where the dent was located. It took him about two hours repair but it came out perfect. I had to get his business card before I left and I would not hesitate to come back for more repairs, and neither should you. At the end of the day, the price was right and the work was incredibly. Now get your minor dents fixed and enjoy the rest of the summer, what's left of it.
