Kevin's let me do an overnight drop off so I could get to work on time while they did the estimate. The result: a quote almost $150 LESS and the entire repair was done in the same day!!!! These guys know customer service. The work was top-notch, super friendly staff, and very clean shop. They handled everything with the other insurance and when my car came back, it looked like I had just driven it off the showroom floor. Immediately took it to carstar, who gave me an estimate, I brought the car in on Monday the 27th and I got it back after 4 PM on the 28th. Even though this was a much smaller job, they cleaned and detailed the car, again, even putting the spray on the tires to make them look brand new. I can't tell you how kind, compassionate and amazing. The team at this shop are. If you have to go through your trauma of having your need repair, you definitely need to go there. I provided my cellphone number and I immediately got a text appointment confirmation that I saved to my calendar with the date and time. Later, there were automated reminder texts, which I appreciated. Now to the actual work, this guy is an artist! Plain and simple. I would challenge anyone to find where the dent was located. It took him about two hours repair but it came out perfect. I had to get his business card before I left and I would not hesitate to come back for more repairs, and neither should you.
