I personally inspected it and confirmed it was clean and unobstructed. When I followed up again, I was told there may be other issues that would require additional costs and that the problem was not their responsibility, with the implication that I did not know how to operate a gas fireplace. I found this response unprofessional and disappointing, especially since the issue started immediately after their repair and remains unresolved.
