I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Whole Foods. I like Fresh Market…read more. But, I really LOVE Whole Foods.. I was just in there this evening before 5:00 on (3/31) To beat the traffic... I ran in to grab some Almond Butter... They have the BEST Almond Butter of EVERYONE... Especially, on Amazon.. It's nice, creamy and delicious. Even with the oil on top. It gives U the right amount of room to stir it up each time. I'm telling U one taste and U will be hooked. A few months ago I ended up eating a couple of 16 ounce jars.. Along with one or two BIG boy jars. Unfortunately, I stopped eating it for a while.. Especially, since there are 200 calories in only 2 tablespoons.. I'm talking about HEAPING ones.. They also have cashew butter as well.. For a GREAT price too. Along with the Almond Butters prices.. I also bought some Nature's Charm sweetened condensed coconut milk... Which means it's dairy free Especially, since I'm lactose intolerant.. It tastes so good U could eat it by the spoonful. I bought it to mix it into brownie batter... It gives the brownies a nice and chewy consistency.. And they are to DIE FOR.. The service is also GREAT there. There are enough cashiers.. Along with enough stations to check out yourself... It really runs like a well-oiled machine. As ALWAYS Whole Foods TOTALLY RULES..

I'm going to say this as gently as I can…read more.. If you are in the line for the Amazon returns... please have your barcodes ready. Before you walk in the store. Take three minutes and do the work to pull up the QR code on your phone, THEN SCREENSHOT the QR code. Even better, as you walk in, grab the return bag from the kiosk. As you wait in line, please put your items in the return bags. As you get up to the kiosk or return rep, please have your phone out and ready with the screenshot pictures of your QR code. This is not rocket science and is actually proper edict for all of us waiting in line... I DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT... need to WASTE a half hour of my life because you want to return half your closet back to Amazon. To all the wonderful women, I don't know what you do for work, can only assume you're all bartenders being that everyone of you have yoga pants and a hoodie on and open availability between 9 AM and 3 PM daily to just waste open ended amounts of time at the return center. No matter how happy I am to see you get every dollar back from your spending spree on Amazon prime. PLEASE BE PREPARED andddddd IF YOU HAVE OVER FIVE ITEMS PLEASE DONT USE THE KIOSK. Thank you... love, everyone else.

The sandwiches are bountiful and reasonable in today's market. Fresh baked goods! Fresh seafood and meats! They have focused down from their old display case with many options but have kept some of the best items. I do miss the falafel and eggplant parmigiana. But their lasagna and quiches are still available. You can pick up a nice plate with meat and sides for a great price to make an easy dinner or lunch. Then shop around the store for some "one of a kind" items from sweets to exotic items like alligator! Go today!!!

I got the Torta De Milanesa. It's an amazing sandwich with thin sliced breaded and fried steak. Topped with avocado, queso fresco, tomato, lettuce, jalapeño, and beans. All on some amazing bread. I also got an horchata...sweet rice milk with cinnamon. Give this place a try. It's delicious.

Ok I'm still on the hunt for Mexican Food here in this neck of the woods. You know coming from…read moreChicago, the bar is pretty high. However, El Milagro came pretty damn close the other day! I wanted to order everything as usual so I can try everything but stuck to the following items: a Torta de Milanesa de Res, a Carne Asada Burrito, a Carne Asada Taco and a Al Pastor Taco. Ok the positive for sure was the Torta! It was large, the bread was soft the time and love made into that Torta was worth noting. The layers of Avocado, Cheese, Milanesa and even Jalapenos' was great! The big miss was the Al Pastor as not only was it dry but it truly lacked flavor. Also, the Tortillas de Maize are definitely different down here. I'm not sure what it is but it almost tastes flavorless. I can't figure it out. The salsas provided was great and while there was tortilla chip options (I know they don't belong in a true Taqueria) I just got some Tostadas instead. I would come back here and did appreciate the store portion where you can buy some candy, pantry items, packaged items, beer, etc. There is plenty of parking lot parking here!

I need to be better about taking pictures, but the jam selection was unreal. I got the Wild Black Raspberry as recommended by the employee. He said it was his personal fav, and WOW, I can see why!! I paired in with some feta wrapped in some well-buttered phyllo sheets, and it was *chef's kiss*. As a matter of fact, I added MORE of the jam after taking it out of the oven. I also got a block of Gouda cheese, which is imported from the Netherlands by a local couple here. Crazy!!! I'm excited to try it soon. I'll update this review whenever I get a chance to try. This little shop was super cute and had exactly what I needed! Small little corner store, just as it says. Friendly service and 10/10 jams. They had other amazing options like Apricot, Blueberry, and some savory options like Garlic Onion and Bacon something. Yum!!! I think this place is a spot for local businesses/vendors to sell their things, because they also had Kahwa coffee grounds which is a local coffee spot here (I think). Love a local business that supports local businesses!!!
