I wish I could give negative stars!!!!! I purchased my Buick…read moreback in November of 2019. The car has been a complete nightmare. Within a week I needed service. The rep who sold me the car refused to repair some of the issue of the car saying it was not in the budget to do so. Apparently the car was submerged in salt water prior to me purchasing it because the little spots that thought would be easily repaired turned out to be rust. The rust was Is like a cancer and has spread and caused very pricey issues. The entire bottom of my was was rusted causing a slew of problems. The car is literally self sabotaging. Because of the rust, I have to get tires at least twice per year, I now have a huge hole on the side of my car from where it was "patched up". I had to get a new engine in the car, a new starter, a new alternator and a host of other costly repairs. For this car. The engine in the car literally seized while I was getting off of lincoln drive. I had to get a new engine at less than 40,000 miles. Now, about two years later the car needs another engine! Coincidentally, someone called me about a month ago inquiring about the vehicle asking if I was willing to trade it in for a new vehicle. I absolutely would never do business with these people again! They are dishonest, they lack morals and ethics. They sold me a horrible, and unsafe vehicle. I inherited problems that were never reported. I had purchased an extended warranty because I was locked into a loan with such an unreliable, unsafe, damaged vehicle that was completely misled about. Unfortunately there was nothing on the car facts about the car being in water causing rust. However I am sure the dealership knew!!!!! This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I would never refer anyone to this place! The service, the car, the whole experience was and still is a nightmare! I don't know how these people sleep at night knowing they sell piece of crap cars like this! I am absolutely traumatized. I'm actually afraid to get a new car from this experience. This place has really cause me so many headaches by selling me such a bad car. I would not wish this experience for an enemy! Never again!

They were definitely friendly and worked miracles with my credit but the vehicle lasted under 5…read moremonths. & wouldn't go over 15 mph. I took it to a mechanic and he said it need so much done to it that I'd have to take it to the Chevrolet dealer. They wouldn't touch it. Imagine doing 60 on the highway with your toddler and your car allows immediately to 15 mph.... Everytime I called auto outlet, the guys says unfortunately sister, you don't have a warranty. Although I kept asking for a warranty. I persist and was told that it's something about my credit and that's why I couldn't get a warranty. Now that I look back I realize this whole process, they were just another car salesmen doing their jobs of pushing the product.. My unknowing cost me my job and almost my home. EVERY SINGLE TIME I talk to them, it's oh make sure you refer people. Bring people to us! But never cared about my problems after the car was sold. Now I have a voluntary repossession on my credit! I had to do one or the other so I did the labor myself since it was "free" i proceed to pay 1500$ in parts during the job due to every single thing breaking because absolutely nothing was replaced in the 118000 miles. They lied and scammed their way through the sale and abused the fact it is an "as is" sale. They said they would replace the fuel tank but never did after having it in the shop for a week. Their go to mechanic damaged my bumper and not a word was said in reference to this. This is all under the guise that the car had maintenance done on it recently. They even topped off the Freon to make it seem like the ac worked. Nope. Condenser was painted over and damaged it. Do not waste your time with these people, they will lie as long as you have money in your pocket to buy a car off them.

I took my wife's suv to Hawk Auto last year because I called AAA and they told me only the Chevy…read moredealership could fix it. I called them (Chevy dealership) and they told me around 2100.00. I called Hawk and John laughed and said that's ridiculous and yes they could fix it for around 1000.00. I also asked them to replace the motor for her driver side window. it wouldn't go up or down. Thry called when it was done and it was over 200.00 cheaper than they quoted. I asked why ( and of course I wasn't complaining) and John said it didn't need a new motor just had to rewire it. That was when I knew I would be back with any issues with my truck and my wife's in the future and would recommend them to family and friends. They charged me a half hour diagnostics time for the upper radiator hose being severed which literally takes five minutes to look and then they demanded that I remove my car from the premises because I declined their $644 quote to change the hose. Their excuse was that the car was old. Therefore the hose was not made if they did five minutes worth of research they would be able to secure it at the most $120 and the least that I bought it for $50 they quoted me two hours worth of labor to change a hose. They also wanted to change a second hose that was not damaged or bad in anyway because people try to Overcharge those who use AAA because they're approved, but I will be calling AAA and telling them about this experience. I will also tell them that the woman in the front desk was threatening to call the county to have my car towed because my options were to either let them keep the keys after I paid already and give the key to the tow truck driver or immediately take my overheating car off the premises. This is what your money is spent Doing if you take it to this repair shop, no human decency I'm embarrassed for the industry that I've been a part of for almost a decade now
