Beyond regular air conditioners, they are skilled in the maintenance and replacement of water-chiller-type units like the types we encounter in large-scale condominium complexes and commercial buildings. In particular, M.A.R.C.S. won me over years ago when another HVAC contractor failed to make an HONEST ESTIMATE of problems and costs on a single family home's system that my company was renovating. MARCS fixed the problem immediately and without deception of any kind. The honesty, skill and work ethics of these dedicated US VETERANS is impressive. Please keep up the good work!!

He added freon to a brand new unit, saying we obviously had a leak as it's only been used 7 weeks. He was very polite, apologetic for being late (again, not his fault). He will be back tomorrow to find the leak and repair it. He left about 9:15pm. It was 90° when he arrived and now it is 86° and still dropping. Highly recommend Jonny and his team! Thank you for letting me be able to finally get some sleep tonight! (No AC since Friday at 5pm).

He sat down with us, explained every aspect of our system, conducted a thorough inspection, and shared practical options--always emphasizing what he would do if it were his own house. What sets Josh apart is his integrity. He doesn't use scare tactics or pressure you into following his recommendations. He's highly knowledgeable, straightforward, and always available to answer questions. If you hire him, be sure to ask about his annual service plan--it's comprehensive and far exceeds what others in the market offer. Josh was the third HVAC professional I interviewed, and his expertise and approach won me over completely. But they convenience me to switch to electric. Causing an extra expense for the electrician. The installation was incomplete when they were done. Leaving a gaping hole for air infiltration by bypassing the filters. I personally took care of that issue. There's still a gap on one side of the unit that still allows air infiltration. I called them in because I notice the drain pan was full of water. They informed me that the unit needs to be leveled properly. They changed a breaker out that was covered under warranty inspected the system, and tried charging me $214 to work on something that's covered under warranty. The guy ended up removing the trip charge to go get the new breaker that was wet and under warranty. They ended up charging me $89, and for replacing a piece under warranty claim and improper installation. I am a PM for a Construction company so I know the ins and outs. This company is telling me they need to remove the indoor system do a deep cleaning and level it properly. They want me to pay $1,900 for this. They should have sealed the system properly for proper filtration. I replace my filters every 3-5 months Im still paying for th3 complete system through finance for another 8 years. I started them out with small jobs & was satisfied. I could call them and they would be there the same day. I had them do some routine preventative maintenance and in addition to them doing the work in a timely fashion and was happy with the quality of their work. Additionally, their prices were better than my existing vendor. Finally, I needed a new condenser & coil at one house. I needed a new coil at the other house. I got prices from my existing HVAC vendor & Precise. The difference was very significant. The one job I was comparing Trane hardware to Goodman so that could have been a part of the very large price difference. However, on the coil job both vendors quoted the same coil (Trane) & labor. Precise was 30% lower. Precise did one job for me on Tuesday & the other job on Friday. Both jobs took a two man crew the better part of a day. After doing business with Precise for about six months I have nothing but positive things to say about their responsiveness & quality of work.
