I came to Breez Dental not only to establish patient services but to also get a consult on dental implants. I found this dental office while searching for dental providers, using my dental insurance portal. This dental office is very clean, it looked like they had state of the art equipment and all of the staff was so friendly and informative. Dr. Joshua Badall did my examination/Smile Consult. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered any and all of my questions that I had. Dr Badall gave me some great and honest information and was able to explain to me what my situation was and what he recommended. Unfortunately, after the examination, Dr Badall told me that due to me requiring a lot more work than just a tooth implant, he'd like to refer me over to a college of his who is an Oral Surgeon, who would be able to do the procedures, (in which I really appreciate that honesty)! The ladies up at the front desk happily contacted the Oral Surgeon's office to schedule an appt for me. I was kind of disappointed that I was unable to get the resolution of why I came to the office to begin with but that was not the fault of Breez Dental. They were able to guide me in the right direction. Overall, Breez Dental is friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. I plan on enrolling my husband & adult children who are still under my dental plan to Breez Dental for all of their routine dental needs so I will definitely be returning. read more

Office staff is super nice, so I was a little sad and upset that they screwed me over. Took my daughter for her regular cleaning and everything was fine. She had a couple fillings that we went back for. Didn't receive a cost breakdown, my fault I should have asked. As they are in the middle of the work, my daughter already numbed, they bring me the bill to sign. Over $600. For some fillings. I immediately went to the front and asked if they took my insurance (Delta dental) to which she replied "no, sorry" excuse me? Why wasn't this told to me at the initial appt when I provided my information? Please be aware they do not take delta dental, and most likely won't tell you until after they make their money. I don't like how the lady shoved a tablet in my face and took my picture without asking as though I didn't have any say in the matter. I don't even know if I will be a patient at that point, we should be allowed to opt out. The dentist was very nice and knowledgeable compared to others though. read more

I can't even begin to tell you how amazing Dr. Sebree and Dr. Badell are. I have been coming here ever since they opened, and actually before when Dr. Sebree didn't have this location open. If I could give them a million stars, I would. I just had gum grafting surgery and there could be no one better than Dr. Badell to perform it. I had the worst anxiety and he TRULY cared about how I was feeling. Him and his staff made me feel so much better and not to mention, he did an incredible job. Great office! They provide a high level of care and have been very thorough with my treatment plan. They were able to answer all of my questions. I called for an emergency appointment, they were able to get me in same day. I have now decided to make this my new dental office. The first 2 dental offices I visited this year were very inexperienced and all they want to keep charging me over and over. Then coming to Breez Dental got me feel better and welcomed. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and carefully explained the procedure and billing. Dr. Josh Badall was very helpful with my visit and take care of my teeth. The payment was reasonable that I can manage. I prefer Breez Dental and will be continuing coming back for my next visit. read more

First of all I would like to say this is the worst dentists I have ever seen. I went to see Dr. Sebree several months ago for relief from my TMJ. I was told that my very expensive treatments for the dental appliances were not going to be covered by my insurance, nearly $4500. I went ahead and reluctantly decided to do it because of my severe jaw pain and being so desperate for pain relief. They took lots of X-rays, pictures and I saw the dentist for a plan. I paid half of the amount up front. Many weeks later my appliances came in so I had an appointment to get them fitted. Some grumpy little snot with an attitude fitted me and the appliance was incredibly uncomfortable. She tried multiple times to fit it to me with no success. Continually putting in and taking the appliance out was painful. I didn't know that I was going there to be tortured. This appliance was giant in my mouth and there is no way I was going to be able to fit it or keep it in my mouth for any length of time. After about half an hour of getting abused, I told her it wasn't going to work. I asked her for the appliance and she refused to give it to me, I went to take it and she pulled it away from me. I told her that the appliance belonged to me and she needed to give it to me. She refused once again so I left. I never heard from the practice again, the doctor never called to ask what happened or anything, which was surprising to me. If it was my practice, I would want to know what happened to my patient and what I could do to please them. Weeks later they sent me a bill for the appliance, which was the remaining $2250. I wrote them a letter explaining what happened and told them that I had never received the finished product. Weeks later again I received yet another bill. After that I received a demand letter from a collection agency for the remaining amount. At this point I was so frustrated for being billed for the entire thing when I didn't receive the product. I eventually reversed my original payment, which my credit card company agreed with, otherwise they wouldn't have reversed it. Since then, just a few weeks ago I saw that my credit score fell 150 points. Dr. Whitney Sebree has screwed my credit for something I never received. So, bottom line is this is a horrible company that cheats you out of something and charges you for it without delivering the product. She tried to cheat me by charging me and I fully intended on leaving what I paid her alone, but now I'm just angry, so I won't pay her anything. I don't recommend going to Breez Dental as you may come up with nothing and owing thousands of dollars. read more

Went and got my teeth cleaned here for first time today. Must say, they are fantastic. Super easy to make an appt with and all paperwork can be completed easily before your scheduled appt. Everyone from the front desk, hygienist to the dentist are incredibly kind and friendly. They tell you everything they're going to do the whole time, look thru X-rays together, and then give education while cleaning your teeth. No hidden fees, no trying to up sell you on anything, and just honest, upfront business. Place is very comfortable and decorated nicely. Wonderful place to go for your dental needs and highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. Try them, you won't be disappointed! read more

This place is an absolute joke. The greatest part about it all is that they fired me as a client and left me absolutely screwed because of the previous review i left. I had an appointment to receive a crown after having to get a root canal and instead of telling me to not show up to the appointment that I had for TWO WEEKS they still had me show up just to tell me that they think it's best I go somewhere else because of the "lack of trust" due to the review I left previously.I was asked to take my prior review down and was told I would be getting a discount on my crown due to the trouble I was put through but instead I did not receive any type of discount and instead was told to go somewhere else when I just got a root canal. After paying for a filling I never received and still never receiving word on my refund I will be disputing the charges with my bank at this point. I can't eat on my left side now because of the bottom fillings having nerve pains now as well after having to be redone THREE TIMES. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER GO HERE EVER. The fact that they fired me as a client based off of my review is the most ridiculous thing ever and the dozens of people that I have told about my experience here and shown the review I posted all agree this is the jankiest dentist ever. read more
