The BHTs act bothered when you ask for basic hygiene supplies like feminine hygiene products or new towels. The food is subpar and lacks flavor. Upon discharge the nurse neglected to give me my discharge papers including my return to work note. And it was like pulling teeth to get them to send me the note via email. I came across P3 and made an appt. got the referral from my Dr. and started my new therapy. Cody was my therapist, I couldn't have had anyone better. after the first evaluation we went over what the issues were and how to proceed with therapy. the therapy provided was specific for my needs not just a standard routine. each area improved each day of therapy and each week focusing on another area of balance and strength. I improved and felt so much safer walking and doing regular activities. I had been with this location for some years and have always loved my experience and my doctors…read more For the last year, my moms dementia with schizophrenia, and other health issues took a turn forbthe worse. I've always been about taking care of me until I didn't. Being my moms caregiver was extremely hard. She passed on July 9, 2025. Prior to that I had my own health issues and always tried to make my appointment but ended up canceling, missing or rescheduling because of my mom. My doctor for some years left and I ended up with a male doctor who I seen once maybe twice and then I get a letter saying I was basically fired and had to find not a new doctor but go to a whole new Ohio Health for care because I missed and canceled to many appointments. Between my health, my moms emergency calls every other day which was 1 hour away, I had to be there for her. Ohio Health Pickerington never asked about me and what I was going through. My original doctor would and even call to check up on me but she left and I had no notice. So the new team didn't know me and instead kicked me out. I'm still with Ohio Health but a different location. I'll soon be able to have my medications renewed. Its been 2 weeks and they gave me a month but during that time my mom passed and I just didn't remember the deadline to make other arrangements for a new doctor and location. I write this because I had no where else to express how hurt I was to be going through dealing with my mom and then being let go from a whole primary care program. This hurts more then my mom passing. Its was so unexpected and I never had the opportunity to talk and get back on track with caring for me. ​I love Ohio Health but try reaching out more to your patients when they are new.
