Yoga is obviously better for those looking to stretch out and relax the mind, while Fit is for those looking to get more of a workout in (you use a resistance band to work upper body, and she even incorporates burpees on the board!). You will certainly impress yourself with your ability to do these movements on a floating SUP board! What makes these classes as good as they are, though, is definitely Katie and her outgoing personality. She's extremely optimistic and positive, and those traits are contagious when she teaches! She makes these class wonderful - a great way to start any day!

Well my husband was receiving a message, I was being instructed on what to do on the antigravity hammock. Not one time did I feel like I was just there waiting on my husband to get done with his massage. She is awesome like that! Hands down the best part of our vacation. Her classes have me sweating in the first seven minutes! Exactly the right amount of push, encouragement, and energy. Weekday classes are available in the early morning, noon, and the early evening, and there are weekend classes as well. Sweet Fit VI also offers strength training, HIIT workouts, yoga, and stretching classes. I'm not ready to branch out yet, but I will get there. I currently purchase a ten class pass for $135. I will upgrade to the monthly unlimited pass for $150 as soon as my body works up to doing more. I cannot wait!
