I've visited at night only to deal with their young overnight staff and been ignored myself (along with others) as they flirt with their friends, ignored because the young girls were too busy texting and making phone calls and, although I curse, I've heard those employees use really foul language that I'd be embarrassed for any one of my employees to use. I've seen them give (and received myself) one word answers to questions and been blown off. The overnight customer service is abysmal, aside from one older gentleman who is very polite and professional. Their selection keeps dwindling and they are usually out of what I go in to buy. I don't ask for anything unusual but I often get "we didn't receive those this week..." to almost everything I've gone in to buy and almost every week. Other shops in Kerrville carry what I'm looking for but, it seems Vapor Maven won't carry those items, despite having the shelving marked with those item descriptions. They're almost always "out". I can understand maybe one bad employee or one short delivery but, these issues seem to be the rule rather than the exception. I've brought this to managements attention but, the problem still exists. I, for one, won't be giving them any more of my business.
