I used to order my mother flowers from here when I was stationed in Japan and they always did a wonderful job, very courteous and awesome service. I never specified flowers, I usually just gave them colors and let them take over. All the arrangements over the years have been beautiful. Tricia and her team were amazing to work with as she styled my daughter's recent wedding at Schreiner Mansion in the heart of downtown Kerrville. What impressed me the most was while several very nice local florists provided us with vague suggestions and prices, Tricia had the bride fill out a detailed online questionnaire ( we were leery...) but then at our interview she presented us with a four-page, full color, picture-proposal of all bouquets, arrangements, centerpieces, ------- and she had 90% NAILED exactly what my daughter had had in mind!!! Five minutes of conversation and she had fine tuned the proposal, and the bride was 100% happy! Tricia and her team then delivered. I never felt that we were being forced to accept "their vision" of what our wedding should look like. The flowers were delivered flawlessly into a tricky venue on a super busy downtown festival weekend -- absolutely on time and gorgeous. The Especially Yours team had customized their flowers and centerpieces to maximize the historic mansion's vintage atmosphere, and the effect was magical. Yes, we gave them wide latitude, but Especially Yours delivered beyond our hopes with thoughtful, 1920's-appropriate candles, bud vases and gorgeous arrangements. It was a tough assignment - but they were absolutely "spot on" - respecting my daughter's budget, her special requests, her subdued color scheme ,and her traditional vintage "vibe." Ordered a bouquet that was $75.99 plus delivery fee of $12.00. The recipient sent me a picture. Definitely had fewer flowers than the picture. I order and send lots of flower. This was definitely not worth as much as I spent. read more

Great customer service. I ordered flowers for my wife at work. On the day they were supposed to be delivered she informed me that she would be leaving early. I called the florists and she said she wouldn't have the exact flowers I ordered until later in the day but she guaranteed that the arrangement she could put together in time would be just as nice. I purchased an arrangement for my grandmother's funeral with very little notice and the staff was extremely accommodating. Not only did the spray exceed expectations, but there were several other pieces they were able to deliver quickly and professionally. I know they were busy on the day I went in and they were waiting on a fresh shipment of flowers. Regardless of the short notice they were able to complete several arrangements that I know my grandmother would have loved. We customized the piece to include flowers she was fond of and they turned out beautifully.
