I started training here years ago when I hurt myself training for a marathon. It turns out you need to cross train. Who would have thought? The trainers, programs they put together, and environment are best in class. They do an initial assesment of not just your physical fitness, but range of movement and overall conditioning. From there, they set up a detailed training plan for you based on your capabilities. Matt, the owner is a stellar trainer and a great motivator, and surrounds himself with great people. To this day I still use the lessons I learned at DSC. If you need a gym that will get results without the grating atmosphere of a crossfit box, that emphasises real results, and can train you how to train peoperly, go to DSC now. I trained with them for 3-4 years before I moved out of the area and in that time went from barely a marathoner to an ultra marathoner and mountain trail runner. I know for certain that if it weren't for Matt, Curtis, Renee, and Chris I would not have gotten there.

The workouts are adaptable for all levels of fitness and abilities, with just enough competitive activity to keep you pushing yourself, and enjoying the workout.
