On different occasions when I've been connected to this location when trying to contact their Westside location, the team is not only condescending but has the snarkiest of attitudes. Just about more immature than a teenager working a food stand in the mall. To be fair I'd much rather take the attitude from a teenager because it can at least be justifiable to teenage angst. There is nothing that could get me to step food into this site and and my firsthand interactions with this location is enough to make sure I'm not a member here. I called and left messages with staff with name and number with no return called. I was leaving the state and needed to cancel my membership. Do to staff not contacting me back in a reasonable amount of time, over 30 days. (also, I was not able to go to the building, I had left the state, by the time I was working with staff). I received a from the billing company (and as of today 4 months as well). requesting money. I had gone to my bank and stop payments. Staff's excuse for not replying to me is that they get to many emails and calls. I worked with staff to make a one time payment. but she requested my military contract of departed the local area. Which has my SSN. I informed I was pending the document to my system. made that last payment and as of the week, i have noticed that the gym was still chagrining me. their billing company is not leaving messages. I had paid for over 6 months not going into the gym. But man, when they want their money, they want their money. The Billing staff does not follow their business values and mission statement. I had to cancel payments with my other bank to have them stop. The staff member i was working did agree with me make a one-time payment more than the normal monthly payment to close the account. and text me she would only close the account ones i give her military documents, that again have my SSN, and she does not need to stop my monthly payment.

I think for anyone who has been out of the fitness game for a while, coming back in can definitely be intimidating, scary, and sometimes discouraging. Im so happy THIS is where i began... it was nothing like i'd feared. The trainers are all so Knowledgeable, motivating, and welcoming! You really begin to feel like you are a part of something bigger, a fitness family that is constantly PUSHing eachother to do better, work harder, and grind a little more every day. I do personal training with Mike Contreras, who is amazing at what he does with every client, just like all the Push trainers are! Not only do they offer personal training, but athletic, crossfit, and physical therapy. To top it off and one stop shop that offers a shake/meal prep bar and chiropractor. 3 years later, -80lbs (still a bit to go), I've seen my body, STRENGTH, and own self confidence grow. Im not so hell bent on numbers on a scale, but what my body is capable of; endurance, strength. It wouldn't have been possible without the daily inspiration i get from my PUSH family. Thank you guys for all your patience and motivation!

They have different classes/trainings to choose from. Athletic Performance Training Sessions: RXN Juniors, RXN Sport Specific General Fitness and Health Conscious Individual: RXN Peak Fitness, TRX Basics, TRX Blast ( I suggest going onto their website to check out the details) I came in on a Saturday (May 17) for their 9 am class. I showed up a little early to sign papers. Before you train, you let them know what injuries (if any) you may have so they help you work on your weaknesses to make it your strength through sports science and biomechanics. Upon walking in, I walked into a training session Manu (the owner) was holding with some high schoolers finnishing up their session. The gentleman were stretching after their workouts as I was filling out the forms. The young men were not only tall, but built! I assumed they were seniors in high school with how built their bodies were, only to be told that they were only SOPHOMORES!! Manu told me about the progress the boys have made in the little amount of time that they have been training at RXN. I was impressed, these young men are going to be great athletes. I can only imagine the progress of the other athletes that also attend RXN, from different schools, have made. I was here to try out the general fitness class. It started at 9 am and it was a great full body circuit! Manu was supportive and very personable. His only request is that you try your best. I really enjoyed the fact that he was calm and happy the entire time. The hour long class contained high intensity workouts at a fast pace. The equipment is all new and well kept. The overall facility is clean and well maintained. I wish I had this type of facility when I was doing sports in high school. Since I am thinking of joining sports again for college, this is a great place to train and condition at. I will definitely be back to get my workouts in.
