After looking up the specs on the furnace I received, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my new furnace exceeds my expectations. And yet none of this was mentioned by the company, prior to or after installation...c'mon guys, brag a little...I know you're good and so is Lennox but a little rah-rah-rah couldn't hurt, could it?

Came out same day and fixed our furnace. Great guy serviced the equipment. They called ahead to say repairs were on the way. They answered the ex phone at 7:15 am . They diagnosed the problem (heat exchanger) and they took the step to contact the manufacturer to check whether the part was still under warranty. I didn't know, as I just bought the house 6 months ago. The part was still under warranty, they ordered it and came back on Wednesday to install it. Although they easily could have just tried to sell me a new boiler, they only suggested the work that was actually needed at this point. They were efficient, professional and did a great job. I recommend them for HVAC work.

The furnace in our Northwoods home died while we were away. Fortunately, the weather was such that…read morenothing froze. However, we needed heat to live there. Other companies gave us long lead times to get the furnace fixed or replaced. Tom from Gerondale Heating came out to check our furnace that same evening. He showed me the issue and said we either needed a burner replacement or a new furnace. The old furnace was undersized and a replacement, for a little more money, gave us a proper size and a 10 year warranty. We opted for the new furnace, and Tom Jr. brought one up from Green Bay and had it completely installed and working properly by noon the next day. Great service, great product and friendly people as well!
