Shean and his team have successfully grown his business over the last twelve (12) years wherein he increased revenue with steady growth annually.
Shean has developed and keeps his fingers in the daily running of his companies, including: business development; customer service; financial reviewing, reporting and analysis; human resources; development of internal file management and technology based systems; location and negotiating of premises; design of premises; and, marketing and advertising, to name a few.
