(I know the City of Markham has a good textile recycling program with quite a few drop-off spots. If I knew that I'd be in that area, I'd prep a bag of textiles to donate.) Anyway, the bin is located directly outside of the Region of Peel building. Visitor parking is right across from the bin. It was easy to do, but bin was already kinda full upon my drop-off as there were other items on door as I pulled it down. So maybe it should be emptied out more often.
