She was very supportive and understanding. She asked me questions to determine what kinds of jobs I would be interested in, the locations, the pay and the industries I wanted to work in. I recently moved to Toronto and needed to find a job. I was skeptical of using an agency again as they have not worked for me in the past. But a friend of mine encouraged me to use Arrow Professional Services: www.arrowprofessionals.com because she said they would take the time to listen to me, and put me in a position that was right for me. I decided to give them a chance, and my friend gave me the name of the recruiter. His name is Rony Thomas. I called him and he asked me to send in my resume. I did, and a few days later he called me in for an interview. The office was really nice, and he invited me into the board room to discuss several positions. He asked me great questions, and spoke to me about my previous experience and wanted to understand what it is that I wanted to do. He then mentioned that he thought I would be a good addition to two companies that he was recruiting for. He took the extra time to explain to me the differences between them. He asked me which one I preferred, and I told him. He then mentioned that he would try to get me in one or the other. When I received a call from him a week later, he said that the company I was interested in, was interested in me for the position I wanted. Rony invited me in for another meeting. This time he prepared me for my interview. He was very good at explaining how the process was going to work, and I went home confident. A few days later, I had my actual interview at the company, and it was great. I felt that I had aced it. I called Rony right away, and he said he would check with the company to see if I got the job and he would call me back. I've been trying to find a job for the last 4 months and stumbled upon Arrow Professionals through Facebook when they were advertising a job for a Market Researcher. I applied for the position and thought it was going to be like every other agency, but I got a call back within about an hour or so. They went over the role via the phone and asked me a few questions about my experience. I had an interview with them the next day, an interview with the client a few days later and I started work the following week. The recruiter was well informed about the position and was able to answer all the questions I had for him. He was very helpful and even helped prep me for my interview with the client. They told me to book a day off work for an interview and then they never bothered to let me know that they didn't actually book the interview. I called them night before the interview to confirm and they said "ohh shoot, the queue got full... The good news is we will book you an interview next week"... Do you think they phoned next week... The recruiter contacted me and told that I am a great fit for a position, blah-blah-blah (all stuff that recruiters usually say) and wanted me to come to their office asap. So I canceled some of my appointments and went to their office that btw took me more than an hour to get there. The recruiter told me that she is going to send my resume to the employer and she is going to customize it before that. I've asked her to send a copy to me first so I could know what was changed. She agreed, photocopied my ids and said that she is going to send me a customized copy this afternoon and asked me to reply asap so she could send it to the employer right away. So even though I had some stuff to do that day I rushed home and waited for her email. I have not got any message from her neither that day nor later. read more

I have worked for few agencies in Brampton and all i can say about arrow Professional is one of the worst agency i have met in my career. Though i worked for few days with this agency payment is never on time. They wont bother about employees and their on time payment. Not a right agency if you wanna have a good career and the worst one to forget in your entire career. read more
