It was served very nicely with generous rocket, some roasted cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini and carrot. It would have had hummus but I swapped that out for basil oil. It was a nice lunch. However it was worth the wait - very nicely served, generous with salmon and with lovely fresh ingredients. I've also enjoyed a muffin and a frittata.
