I loved going to Dr. Okosun for several months, but lately things are going downhill. My last appt I waited for over an hour before I was seen. When I finally was seen, they took me to an office, not even in a room. This appt was required, in order to get refills on my meds. While I was there, I asked for some referrals, he said ok but didn't do them. Now suddenly, with no notice, I can't contact him or make appts through the portal. I called 8 or 9 times at all different hours, over the past several days to change a dosage on a medication, but it goes right to hold, and you can't even leave a message. Finally I drove up there, still on hold, there were 3 women sitting and chatting at the front desk. They told me they can't take "live phone calls" and do their computer work at the same time. Which is absolutely insane to me, all jobs require some level of multitasking. They said there was a new portal, but that they couldn't tell people about it until they asked. I asked how they could ask if they can't leave a message or email, or call. They said come up here. One girl rolled her eyes at me and was very rude. She then said she sent me an email to set me up on the portal, but guess what? No email. Now I guess I get to drive up there again??!? What in the world is going on. read more

Dr. Okuson always fits me in. He is a good PCP and concerned about overall health and well being. Initial review in 2021 July 2022 Dr. O and Mrs.Stella are great they have a beautiful new facility. Unfortunately the front office Staff is horrible and will run off business. They need to clean house asap. They have been very rude with me today due to their lack of understanding. Since I last had my appointment I feel I've been doing their job following up with things every time I call its something different. I can today to pick up equipment for a home test that a company they work with is supposed to give me and they let the third party leave for the day without obtaining it. I know that I cab pick it up in Houston so I beg for them to give me the contact info for the third parties houston facility. They suddenly dont have it yet they had it before when they set this up. Jae who says their role is a leader here is the first to get a bad ugly attitude and refuse to work with me and try to slam the window on me when I'm telling them they had the number before I'm sure they have it bow, and asked thst they get it from the doctor if they don't have it. Then being extra in typical Jae fashion suddenly the lack of attention didn't help, Jae jumps up and threatens to call thepolice, i ask them to go right ahead and call the police i agree we might meed them. They say they calling the manager MsStella. Jae jumps on tje phone and instead ig gettung me the contsxt i need begins yelling and lying about a customer creating a scene. I ask to put her on soeaker phone so i can ask ms stella the info i need an be done. Jae refuses i soesk loid enough that ms stella can hear me in the background denying the jae accusations and letting her know what I need. Suddenly Jae act like I'm coming across in a threatening manner and puts on a show saying I need to stop yelling at her. Then after I deny that and begin talking quietly to another lady in the office we both are speaking decent to one another Jae needs attention again. Jae says I'm sorry hold on I'm going to go pick up the call if the office, as If trying to build a case that ik constantly in their office yelling and being too loud for her to hear ms stella talk. It was quiet in there. After some minutes Jae comes back and rushes in and sits down and begins playing on the cell phone, like nothing ever happeened, wasnt you just calling ms stella to lie and snitch on me or to ask ms stella the info i need so i can go? So I have to ask the other office lady who took jae original seat near the front window when jae intitally. Refused to help if she can tell. Jae to tell us what the response was smh. Jae gives upmthe info that they have tomwait on a call back. Even then the ladies try to rush me off saying oh she may notncall back soon we will let you know on monday... its friday. Im trying to get the equipment today while i made time o already explained that many times, i told them that to.me it spunds lime ms stella will call roght back so im gping to sit and wait.... 5 minutes later ms srella calls back. My issue is still unresolved I still don't have the contact information that I need to try to get the equipment before I close a business today however that just shows you how much the office staff is not even trying to do their job the same information I'm asking for they had to provide in the past, the same way they went out of their way to try to cause a scene until on me they forgot those same steps I asked them to do in order to get me the right information that I needed even when the manager said she will call right back they will try to relay the message in a way to make the patient they don't feel like dealing with lead just to get that person out of their hair there is no regard for the patients and they're busy work Lifestyles and everything else and any attempt to try to be understanding or to meet the patient halfway I'm always having to call them and follow up on things and give them Clarity they should be giving me it's ridiculous. read more
